Also I have found that if I eat oats, my weight can fluctuate almost 6-7lbs from 5am to 5pm........weird.....when I dont, it's like 2-3....

How lean do youthink you can get without cardio? Just a question for you guys......reason I ask, is I am up 15lbs in about 14 days (granted I was very depleted, skinny and my frame is thanking me) but my cals are realitively low, just nixed the cardio but have somehow managed to keep the abs....is it because I am onlycheating 2x a week? Because I have added whole wheat bread and pasa + oats (about 250 daily carbs) all which are usually nixed when trying to cut...oh and fruit....so I just wonder why.......I know it can't be relaed o the HRT my doc put me on, is it? He sared my on 200mg a week.....that was two weeks ago. It is cyp and I bet that accounts for 8-10 of the weigt gain (water)

if your in a calorie deficit or even slightly over maintenance (if diet is in check), you will be losing or maintaining BF with little to no cardio. How many cals are you consuming and what are your maintenance cals?
Also, why are you 'cheating' if your bulking or doing a lean bulk?

its not so much cheating...it's eating normal.....not being afraid to indulge.......you do it your way. Ive tried the 100% clean ass diet for 5+ years.....time to live life a little......
