Peanut Butter mixed with protein shake?
I was told it is good to mix a tblspoon of Peanut Butter with your protein shake.
Need a second opinion here. I currently working on putting some more muscle on, i.e. bulking up if that helps.
If it's a good idea, when is the best time to dring it? Would it be good as a PWO drink? What about protein drink before going to bed?

or your pre, but ANPB makes it tastes so good. I do it on meal 2 which is pro/fats. Shake, 2 tbls of ANPB, and 9 flax oil caps.

I have two cans of tune with mayonnaise as my pro/fats meal. Don't feel like drinking protein drink right after that...

2 scoops of chocolate Dymatize Elite Whey and 1 serving of ANPB is my favorite. It's my savior when I'm cutting.

i use natty pb with a banana with almost every shake and its the best mother effen thing pwo

I wouldn't put PB in your PWO shake because the fat slows the absorption/digestive process of the protein.

Same difference as putting peanut butter in your PWO. Defeats the purpose of the PWO shake.
