You should put the macros for each meal, i.e. 47g protein, 30g carbs, 4g fat, total cals.

dont count fiber carbs, as they dont get absorbed

also, is this cutting or bulking?

generally, I'm aiming for about 40 g protein at each meal, probably about the same or a bit more in carbs with daytime meals. Much more carbs ppwo. I'll have to watch my diet this week and get the exact details down.

Definetly bulking. Ate like this on my first cycle and trying to hold on to what I've gained now...

Other stuff I forgot to include:

    5'10
    168lbs.
    bf 12% (estimate)
    very lean frame
up from about 155 pre cycle
(l know that's low to start. Been through this in many other posts)

    Thank you!

Ya, just take some time and get your exact macros for each meal. It will make it way eaiser for people to help you and your diet. Also, you will get more, better answers and critiques.

When you get those down, post them, and we can all go from there.

by the looks of it your taking in 4-5 shakes per day which isnt horrible but isnt the best imo either. i'd try and replace atleast 2 of them with soild foods. such as replacing the peanut butter shake w/ fish (i use tilapia or tuna) and a medium sized yam or frozen veggies. then another one of ur shakes could be replaced w/ lean beef and your choice of carbs

Thanks. Thought the shakes may be a bit much - but just so much easier to take during the day. Will have 2 start carrying around a cooler lol

PB, you were requested by name. How sweet. No one else post. This is perfectbeast's project now.

PB, make him eat nothing but oysters and asparagus. Ya know, just to see what happens.
