    What to eat...

POST CARDIO on an empty stomach??? FYI I am on a cutting diet taking in 65 g carbs PWO (lifting and non-lifting days)

On days I dont lift (saturdays and sundays) I only do cardio for an hour. What do you guys suggest I eat/drink?? Currently I drink Evopro (micellar casein and whey) with 3/4 c oatmeal and 70 g of strawberries with 125 g of blueberry, raspberry, marionberry mix or Evo pro with 3/4 c oatmeal with 1 large banana.

Is this ok?? What else should I add or take out??

Your diet is obviously getting good results.

I'd move the balance toward complex carbs and away from the fruit. When I'm cutting I don't eat fruit.
