What kind of diet are you on and what kind of snack/meal are you looking for? Pro/Carb? Pro/ Fat?

weight watchers has some small but tasty snacks. carrot cake, lemon, chocolate are some of the flavors.

You can if you mix it and put it in a bottle before you leave.

Personally, I just make my meals the week before. I tend to pack chicken breasts/lean beef/tuna/salmon, whole wheat bread, brown rice, veggies, etc. and just eat them throughout the day.

Here is some ideas pal .. I am guessing by your comment you are looking for quick items to eat that will aid your bulk and not just get you fat right ?

Buy some good bread!!!! make a couple meat sandwhiches..

cut up an apple and put it in a zip lock

    banana

buy a case of muscle milk carton bottles .. I think they are 12-16 oz... and

    take one of those..

rice cake with natural pb on it

chicken and rice wrap you can make and pack ...

get creative pal .. make nutritious foods and package them in a way you can eat it on the run ...

    good luck

I'm a big fan of Beef jerky, baby carrots, apples, bananas, fresh raw string beans (one of my favorites which is strange cause I don't really care for them cooked), fat free yogurt, salt free pretzels, popcorn, PB&J on wheat, and any one of the hundreds of meal / protein bars that are out on the market today.

I think the personal size bags are like 37 grams of protein! Are they really that high in Sodium? I hammer them down sometimes at work when I can't get any other good, clean protein sources. They seem to take care of the hunger for an hour or two.

Actually I put vanilla Whey with plain low fat yogurt. Dont let the granola sit in or it will become soggy.
