    Weight gainer B4 bed??

    I know alot of people say it doesnt matter when you eat, as long as you get everything you need(talking about the dont eat carbs/clas before bed) I was wondering what truth there is to this, and will i be killing myseelf bye taking a weight gainer before bed. Basically all weight gainers kinda upset my stomach, and i cant eat a meal for like 4 hours after, so i have trouble drinking them early in the day. I was wondering if its ok to drink MHP UP YOU MASS priot to going to sleep?

    i should add i plan on drinking this a good hour/hour 1/2 b4 bed

    I just use Casein from ON takes up to 4 hours to start breaking down, if you are all fed before bed then a casein drink will kick in mid sleep stopping yoru body breaking down muscle. I find it works really great!!!! you wake up in teh morning abotu the same weight you were when you went to bed.

    is there any good reason you can't just eat a meal before bed? is your daily diet schedule ok? just curious why you need a weight gainer.

    I saw this show on sumo wrestlers that ate 4000 cals of white rice right before bed.

    you want long lasting protein, good fats and high fiber carbs pre bed.
    so sometihng like almonds and fish w/ some sort of casein protein such as cottage cheese.

    I use2mix Riccota cheese, yogurt, protien and cottage cheese b4bed. I would go2bed full and wake up a few hours into my sleep2piss and could feel the food in my belly. And i would always have a few veggies with it and all my meals.

    I have 1 serving of almonds and 1 cup of cottage cheese before bed.
    Use to have 1 serving of almonds, 1/2 cup cottage cheese and 1 cup of oats, Quit that

    im going to have to look into this "cottage cheese" everywhere i go everyone is talking about cottage cheese... hmmm
