    Low carb bad breath curse!!!

    Anyone here who goes diets on very low carbs?? How do you guys deal with the breath issue?? and no obiouses responses like brush your teeth,,, i do that regardless 5-6 times a day( jay cutler style)... im ashamed to talk to ppl with this breath,, i even smell it

    celery, beans if you are keto, don't do that, you will still lose the fat, and your breath won't be an issue

    Damn i havt even noticed, but not tht u say,, my urine's smell is pretty strong! im ganna go take spy wizards tip and take fiber,, ive been needing to do that Newayz,,
