    I'm interested in this as well, I'm getting told to do wms with a shake before and after my workouts. I've usually done a solid protein/carb source such as 7 oz of chicken and 8 oz sweet pot then after workout do the insulin spike with a banana, 50 g shake, gatorade. I have been doing the wms shake before my workout for about 4 days and it gives me a bloated feeling and I feel and look flat. Thinking of going back to doing a solid meal before and keeping the wms, banana, 50 g shake, gatorade after.

    C Bino. u say "why spike insulin ?" im a noob to all this chem but insulin is anabolic rite? so does injesting fast carbs (to spike insulin) have better "insulin related results" as slow carbs and not spiking insulin (and allowing slow insulin release over time)? which is moire beneficial for muscle?

    surely spiking insulin is undermining the whole purpose of cutting. Spiked insulin means more fat storage. correct?
