this shake sucks to be honest, you don't want fat after a workout as it slows digestion and you want everything digested as quickly as possible, so no coconut milk, peanuts or coconut oil(which is a horrible fat anyway)
so basically you have 2 scoops of whey left and water, throw a cup of oatmeal in there and you have a good PWO shake
btw, post your diet, you shouldn't have more than 2 shakes a day total, i barely have one

looks more like a keto diet type shake....than a pwo shake imo ...dowt with coconut milk maybe not!!

If you are going to have a shake during the day besides waking up and PWO make sure you have casein in it, something to keep feeding your muscles.
If your looking to gain weight, you may want to look into a weight gainer shake.
Where did you come up with this shake srsly? Fat sodium and whey.... midday? Logic?

I wouldn't drink that for the sake of my overall health but I can imagine it would put on weight (fat). What do you eat throughout the day and at what time? What time do you lift weights and what meal follows it? Get your extra cals from as much solid foods as possible then substitute shakes if needed. Dirty bulking diets are something I have never understood.

28 pounds in one year is a very lofty goal. extremely.
i make a shake like phate says; half skim milk, half water, 2 -2.5 scoops whey, some plain oatmeal, ice cubes. all blended together. it tastes pretty good too
