    Average Weight Lost...?

During your diet what has been the average weight lost per week? During the past 2 weeks i have lost about 2.5lbs per week, i think that's pretty good but would like to hear your experiences, thanks.

If you lose more than 1,3 - 1,5 lb (takeing into account your weight and BF%), it's likely you lose muscles.

But also take into account that if you start keto diet you will lose a lot of water the first couple of days.

If i were you i would throw the scale away!! It will mess with your head. One day you will weigh and be on a high because the weight is down, then the next day you have gained a few pounds back, then you feel negative, start doubting your diet and want to quit!! Weight flucuates so badly that it causes more damage to watch it than NOT! .I see this alot with guys doing precontest, they let the dropping numbers mess with there head.Because the weight number is falling they feel like a little guy . I would suggest for you to Look at your clothing,is it loosening up,and look in the mirror to see what it says... TOP
