    im running a CKD and i love it!......though i aint no bodybuilder......i disagree with the big 1,, of course bodybuilders can use the CKD......ill PM you my sample diet when i get time mate..

    CKD= high fat/protein no carb then a carb load on day 7 with 4 weight training days total right?
    Keto is just no carb load?
