marvel and porrigde oats and shakes???

when i was incarserated i was using marvel an lots of porrige also whey rotein b4 work out an 3meals a day with the marvel id have a tin every three days high in protein an fat i might go back to it for a while what you think??

I hope you mean back to your old diet, not the joint, right? But i think you can do better on the diet. Check out the diet section, make some changes, and post your new diet for us to look at. We can go from there.
