    Whole Wheat vs Durum Wheat

    When I buy my pasta I always get whole wheat but my wife picked me up Durum wheat while she was shopping, is there a big difference or is it more or less the same? Pasta is a major staple in my diet and I was just wondering if it makes a difference.

    Durham Wheat is just a class of whole wheat. It's perfectly fine.
