    thanks guys, still a fair way to go, trying to get as cut as possible before i go to Thailand in 3 weeks!

    few months ago i was 165lbs, i'm currently at around 162lbs, but i have gained a heap of muscle.
    i don't really go by scales, i go by the mirror

    here's another quick update and some pics. going to give intermittent fasting a go from tomorrow for a while so hopefully i can really start to cut up. stat's are still roughly the same, so loosing fat and gaining muscle

    Very nice improvements and I give you compliments on sticking with it. have you felt an overall boost in energy? Or has your cutting, kept you a little run down at times? Just wondering how your strength levels have been.
