skinny needs to gain weight
here again, im 26 years old,im 5'7, recenty started going to the gym weight 120lbs,,, yes my friends only 120lbs i know its really sad 14 years old kids are bigger than me i recently met a friend after 5 years and he used to be as skinny as my but now hes huge,,, hes been using roids and hes telling me to do the same thing,
I got some gear a few days ago but i havent stated yet cause a lot of people is telling me that roids are not for me right now cause i havent been training for long enogh but my friend is saying that doesnt matter what should i do friends i need help over here............... heres a pic

Deff drop the gear and eat eat eat, I'm no expert in wat to eat etc but there are some awesome guys here who will chime in soon and I'm sure they will help u out, they did me... All I can say tho is, 100% take their advice and you WILL be happy!

gear aint gonna do anything if you dont know how to eat and train bro
also first 1-2 years your gonna pack a lot of muscle anyways couse your body is a virgin for this sport.
eat healty food chicken, eggs, tuna, rice, oats as much as you can and whener you can. if you gain fat, add in cardio.
if you aint gaining weight add in weight gainer shakes for easy cals.

Please post up your current diet so we know what we're working with at least. Even if it's horrible (and it probably is), we need to know so we can have a starting point. Do that first, and while you're waiting for replies, educate yourself by reading the stickies here, along with as many threads from different members as you can. READ, READ, READ. We'll get it sorted out, bro.
AND DO NOT USE THE ROIDS!! BETTER YET, SELL THEM TO SOMEONE SO YOU'RE NOT TEMPTED. THEY WILL DO NOTHING BUT HARM TO YOU AT THIS STAGE!!
