    Thanks for the info, it means alot. After reading everyones' opinion I will indeed begin to cut right away. I've been reading this diet forum all day for the last two days...lol. What I've learned and will implement is that I will restrict carbs to 100-150g a day for a couple of weeks and see how it goes. My goal is to go on zero carbs days when I dont excercise. I won't eat baked chicken legs after I'm done with the package and a half I have at home now. I will convert to chicken breasts instead. Also, I will hit my cardio back to 4-5 sessions a week post workout. I will also post pics (if I can figure out how). I hope this begins to shed the weight which I'm sure it will..........
