the cutting sample diet
hey guys, havent posted much as iv been busy and just reading.
school has started so my diet has been crap. need to get back on track
my time frame m-thursday is pretty much school 9-4 or 5pm then work from
4;30 -5;30 to 11 or 1230. been working out late at night.
as far a diet simple stuff that i can keep in my bag if possible.
after reading this
Meal 1:
Lean Protein , 1/2 cup oatmeal
Meal 2:
Protein shake/Lean Protein (2 tbsp flax
Meal 3:
Veggies, Lean Protein
Workout
Meal 4:
PWO Nutrition
Meal 5:
Veggies, Lean Protein , 1/2 cup rice or oatmeal.
Meal 6:
Shake with Flax
im pretty busy m-t , no work (friday or saturday) so i cant work out during the day, so its gotta be late at night or in the a.m
which time would be better? how working out late or a.m. effect diet?
also still eat if not hungry correct? ( i like to eat)
any help will be appreciated.

Could you please give us a bit more info. Your stats and goals. And in what time frame you want to achieve your goals.

sorry for the delay,
26 yr old
179-181 pounds
5'7. goals are to lose more weight, trim down BF. before i do a first beginner cycle.
have been reading the new cutting 101 thread..
one question i do have now is if im at school from say m-f 8am-4pm and work from 4;30pm to 11;00-11;30
then i go work out around midnight what should i eat since i will be going to sleep soon as work out is over?
