why dont you like the program?
If you seeing results stay with it, no one can argue with results.
I understand the principles surrounding GVT and ive implemented it many times but I feel I'd rather throw all that intensity into 1 or 2 working sets to failure rather than over 10 sets. The kind of training ive sent to you in the past is an example the dropsets/forced to failure over one to two working sets.

Me and Marcus would probably have similar views as we both like to train HIT style...

I would much rather see you train HIT when dieting... Low volume high intensity... Get in get out...

10x10 is a load of sets for one movement....
Yes I agree HIT is something I much prefer

Like Ive said if your seeing results nothing needs to be changed until you hit a wall but to answer your question of course that routine can be used within a cut, maybe some tweaking will be needed but on a whole yes it can.

With cutting, my ideas and strategies are slightly different than many on here but I much prefer getting rid of the cals via cardio rather than restricting them this for me keeps alot more muscle tissue and at the end of the day thats what is important, what ive seen is to many guys build tissue when bulking then lose to much while cutting and this is because to many change things around to much. I am not talking contest prep here because thats a whole different ball game but cutting up and keeping lean. Also one of the simplest ways to reduce your bf and keep that bf off is to build more muscle tissue so another reason why I dont change my routine to much or restrict cals to low.

With training there is something very simple I live by - what built the muscle will keep the muscle so I dont change my routine to much while cutting I adjust slightly to my energy levels and goals. I know Base works to the same rule and look how much he's built and kept for such a young pup
