Omg did i just stuff my diet ?
I cooked up a fantastic home made sausage and veg curry stew tonight.. and couldn't resist it but i picked out the root veggies and just ate the low carb stuff ... but then i just had a thought ,, i had a good couple of cups of stew juice....
DO the carbs from potato's and carrots come out into the water when they are boiled... I'm probably guessing they do... omfg i hope not of i have just set my self back another 2 days.. before ill got back into K again ...

^^^ this ...your one meal away from being right back on track.
I straight up went off last might. We went to my mothers house for dinner. Roats Beef , gravy, mashed potatos , biscuts , green beans, carrots - topped off with a piece of hommade choc cake.
Know how much im worried? Not at all because I woke up and picked up right where I left off. My days of missing one of moms home cooked meals or watching everyone else eat it while i eat the food I brought with me are , and have been over.
Now I know all about keto and ketosis , and i have no idea how much starch transferred to the broth..but either way - just get right back on track - just like Slimmer said.

Yeah it stuffed it scales dont lie ... Dame... now anuther 2 days to go back into ketosis Grrrrrrr ..

scales lie all the time....ketostix might be a more accurate guage in this case ......

My chemist doesn't stock the strips.... have to order them in for the states... pain the in ass

Just about everybody has cheat meals. Some people even recommend them during dieting. I know it sucks and you're probably feeling guilty, but you'll be fine. If you think about it 2 days in the grand scheme of things isn't that bad.
By the way, have you looked into CKD yet? If you miss your carbs at all it might be a good way to go.
