hi guys

so i'm on keto and i'm currently lifting for 45-60 minutes whilst fasted in the morning, followed by 45 minutes LISS (low intensity cardio) after lifting and another 45 minutes LISS at night. I want to start doing HIIT to replace one of the LISS workouts but I'm not sure if it would be best to do it after my lifting or later at night. i would be doing 1 minute hard then 2 minutes walk for 30 minutes.
