I could eat beef all day, everyday. I buy the 96/4 at walmart. It's about 1.00/lb more expensive than the 93/7, but I eat a lot of it, so the extra money is worth it to me to not get all the extra fat.

IMO - If you're not eating alot of ground beef (say < 4-5oz/day) and it fits into your macros...the extra 2-3g/fat per 4oz serving isn't gonna hurt you that much.

I would eat it everyday too, but where I live, all I can find is 90/10.... as far as I know there isn't any 96/4 in Canada

baked is fine just put it on a baking sheet, all your macros count for uncooked meat, so the fat is included in that. if you are worried about being that overly cautious then poach it in water. also ensures moist chicken

Dude i cook my chicken in a skillet .. Spray with pam and throw chikn in.. Throw a fair amt of soy sauce in it.. GArlic, salt, pepper, smokehouse maple seasoning, and cover.. Simmer til the soy sauce starts to caramelize and add some water.. Flip often and cook with lid on and reduce the water down to a gravy.. The chikn stays moist and tastes awesome.. I have mine with stirfried broccoli also in soy sauce..

BBQ sauce is FAR worse than reduced sodium soy sauce. The sugar in BBQ is stupid! Drop the BBQ!!!

Whey is too fast acting, swap it for casein or a blend.
