    would you consider lowering your protein intake? 300+ sounds like a lot.

    i was thinking just cut some out. and have a slightly lower total cal. fats and carbs remain the same. a lower total cal will definitely help with your cut, and not everyone needs 300+ protein a day. just a suggestion..

    on my days off (2 days a week) i do about 1-1.5 hours of fasted cardio, and 2-3 days a week after lifting ill do about 30 minutes.

    wow, thats quite a bit. should have no problem cutting. give it some time to see results. good luck.

    thanks AD, yea i am i was 100kg (220 lbs) now 92.5kg. aiming for 90kg

    if you aim for a gradual drop of 1lb a wk, thats half a kg a wk. that should minimize your loss of muscles during the cut.

    thanks AsianDude, yea so far i have maintained my strength, so i assume that i have maintained my LBM..

    more or less yea, i am carb cycling tho. basically i just lower my carbs on non-workout days.

    So are you still eating on average about 2500 cals?

    And your TDEE (using LBM x 15) is around 2600 cals?

    And seen as your cycling carbs it's not affecting your blood sugar too much on low and high carb days?

    dropped cals to about 2200, good question about blood sugars, i should check it more regularly.. it should be ok since i take my meds, and eat hardly any sugars ( occasional banana here and there that's it) but yea i should check it more often..
