i was thinking just cut some out. and have a slightly lower total cal. fats and carbs remain the same. a lower total cal will definitely help with your cut, and not everyone needs 300+ protein a day. just a suggestion..

So are you still eating on average about 2500 cals?
And your TDEE (using LBM x 15) is around 2600 cals?
And seen as your cycling carbs it's not affecting your blood sugar too much on low and high carb days?
