So oatmeal is a good portion of my diet but I juat can't stand it,
I eat a cup at breakfast and a cup with blended with my protein pre workout.
I've tried cooking it grinding it and blending it mixing with applesauce. No matter what I do it makes me gag and want to puke

Anyone know any quick easy and not disgusting tricks to get my oatmeal down pre workout and for breakfasts? Or better yet an alternative to oatmeal
