sorry stem...Q&A was boring me lol
Yes I've made some progress. I realized my body fat % was way off last time. I was more like 29%. I now 24%. Weight isn't too different.
    So currently
    142lbs
    Body fat% 24
    Daily cal intake 1200
    Five meals last meal pwo
Cardio and bowflex 6 days a week

The slow loss of body fat is irritating but I just adjusted my diet AGAIN lol. I'm determined but its hard. This is the part that frustrates me.
Ill post present pics as soon as I'm done with tonight's session

I did. Using some old techniques lol. Honestly, damn thigh and stomach wraps during workouts, TONS of water. Cheat day only twice a month with only one reasonable cheat meal. Only one day of rest. I'm just tired of the body I've had since 09

I'd say great progress, def. belly fat lost all around the waist which we know can often be the most difficult spot for women. Keep up the good work.

Running in my treadmill daily, 4-7 mph, varied inclines. And my cardio is pre-workout at 8pm
Ephedra isn't available by itself here in Georgia because they use it to make meth grrrr

    i live in georgia too!

go to walgreens in the back and tell em u want a box of primatene. each tab has 12.5mg ephedra in it.

u can get the caffeine and baby aspirin while ur there from the aisle..

    25mg ephedra (2 primatene tabs)
200mg caffeine (most caffeine comes in 200mg pills)
    81mg aspirin (1 baby aspirin)

if u wanna start at half dose get a pill cutter (which u can also get at walgreens). u will need to show ur drivers license to the pharmacist when buying the primatene..

I try to get to that sometimes. Shin splints usually dominate me so I find that the time I do gets my cardio in before the pain is intolerable, but I will bump it up a bit

Not really. Just my Nordic track treadmill. I get on the floor with a couple 15 min hiit rapid Ab sessions...(Russian twists, crazy Ivan's, side planks elevated toe touches etc. non stop) but my downside to being at home, limited in a way

No worries. I suspect the hills are giving you shin splints (probably compartment syndrome). I'll work something out.

Keep up the good work. Once you clean the diet up like stated and cardio started you will drop weight very fast.

If I were you Id just walk at 3.3mph and set the incline to max. do that for 30-45mins. I do this for fat burnering when Im not training.

a few years ago I was avidly in the gym and cycling winny. Awesome results. I ate right and dedicated 6 days a week to the cause.
after two kids and a really bad work schedule, I have finally gotten back into the flow of things. In august this year i began eating right again and working out 5 days a week. and once again, have jumped back on a cycle of winny. I do not measure my food or count calories. i try not gto be too technical as i have a pretty good idea of what i should and should not eat. 20 minutes of cardio (running) 5 days a week and also resistance training (bowflex). So far I have lost 20 pounds and i have noticeable lean muscle gains. I am growing frustrated because I want to see the old me... six pack, strong legs, etc. it's just not happening fast enough.
could i do anything to give it a jump? finding it really hard to get the fat gone

    5'5"
    146 lbs
    19% bf
    10mg winny/day

    any cheat codes out there
once all the diet experts fix you up get rid of that bullshit steroid and get on 20-3-mg of anavar every day.

I've cleaned up my diet greatly. As I stated earlier. In dropped my cal intake for just this purpose. Increased my reps and lowered my weight. It's boosted what I'm trying to accomplish. Feel great and I know I've made tons of progress. Just trying to do more... I've always ran for cardio even years ago when I was hard in the gym. I don't get far with just walking. I usually keep walking for days I don't feel good or I feel beat up lol just so I'm still moving but running has always been effective for me

I was thinking about this in about another month. I have plans to jump on something, but wanna hold off for a few more weeks. I also have issues with this one site where I knew to get it.... so I'm being even more patient now.

One of the most faked AAS available so def. do some checking...perhaps run the source check through a vet or mod.

This is what I've recommended to another female on this site and to others that I know.

    5 minutes warm up

    15 seconds absolutely maximum effort
    45 seconds rest
(Do this up to 10 times = 10 minutes)

    Then
20mins steady state at approximately 70% max heart rate/rate of perceived exertion(RPE)

    Then
    30seconds at 85%RPE
    30seconds rest
    (Do this 5 times)

Ideally you want to this in the absence of insulin so it's best done fasted or AFTER your resistance work. If your shin splints bother you then miss out the last set of intervals and just carry on with the 70% work.

What footwear are you wearing when doing cardio?

Stem...when you say "rest" do you mean stop or just slow down and catch your breath??
