How does my cutting diet look?
Meal 1: 1/2 cup of Egg Whites & 1 cup of Oatmeal
-Workout
Meal 2: Protein Shake
Meal 3: Tuna with salsa on WW Bread
Meal 4: Chicken & Broccoli
Meal 5: Talapia
Meal 6: Casein Protein

Unless you are a 110lb dude I doubt you are even eating enough. You should post your stats if you want someone to give some proper feed back

I'm 23, 511, 180lbs. Why is carbs before a workout bad? what should i add to my diet?
