should you keep your carbs similar to protein when cutting ??
cutting b,f is one thing im a little unsure on what i should be doing as thers so many views on it out there and obv its different for everyone. todays diet was:
meal 1:
30g beef protein isolate powder
8000mg amino's (4tabs)
100g raw oats
20g linseeds
1 pint water
meal 2:
200g topside beef (lower fat content than chicken)
100g raw oats
20g linseeds
1 pint water
meal 3:
300g low fat cottage cheese
1 tablespoon peanut butter
8000mg aminos (4 tabs)
1 pint water
meal 4:
whole chicken as i ate out tonight at nandos for a treat (normally would only be about 150g grilled chicken)
1 avacado
large green leaf salad
1 pint water
done
normally i consume about 5 meals a day however today i wasnt training and had a good 12 hours sleep after yesterdays heavy leg session and will probally have an early night ! eating every 3 hours and ye im trying to get pretty shredded. diet looking okay ?
im looking roughly at 150g carbs, 250-300g protein & 30-60g fats most days. does that need tweaking ?Last edited by flyguy6661; 06-12-2014 at 10:29 AM.

Post your normal diet and break down the macro's for each meal. I know you've been asked for this before perhaps you can answer it this time?
Can you include your stats too this time do you think?NO SOURCES GIVEN

my normal diet was about 4-5000cals of high fat, high carbs and about 250g protein. been using this diet for last 6 weeks and weight/water/fat seems to be coming off dropped about 3lbs a week however its a nightmare to shift that stubborn fat over my abs !!! hopefully another 6 weeks will do the job plus im doing cardio twice a week. also i get confused with macros. dont flame for that but is that just protein, fat, carb intake yea ?

Mate,
PM me and I will send you my macro calculator. This makes traking your nutrition like eating a piece of cake.
for me, the general idea, when cutting, is to hit your calorie and protein target. if you can also hit your carb/fat target regularly and consistently, which is an incredibly difficult thing to do, then you are the man.
PM me and i'll send it to you
