Need help with nutrition plan
First off im new to this forum would like to say hi to everyone, my name is Bobby. Thank you in advance for the help.
Short back story. So november 2012 i was on my motorcycle heading to work and i got hit by a semi. 17 broken bones later and 8 months in the hospital. i finally left hospital with 3 metal plates in each arm and a still broken angle. did 1 year of rehad every day on my arms and i am to this day bout 85% movement back in my arms.
that being said, Jan 1st i got the ok from my doctor to be able to hit the gym again without risking my arms or anything. So i started hitting it real hard.
Up until the end up march all i was doing was working out for 1-2 hours a day and only thing i was doing was protein shake 45min after workout.
April first i started a cycle of methytren 1mg/day taking along side ostarine 25mg/day and lgd4033 10mg/day
since jan my bf has only gone down from about 18 to 16. but my lifting has gone up substantially.
so i can only assume its in my eating.
i have done a ton of different research but i can never seem to find one common plan
incase need it to help me out here is my thing:
Height: 6'0"
Weight: 230lbs
BF : 16%
i have a stocky wide shoulder build
ANY help at all with full eating plans to help cut the BF would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

Looks like great food choices.
I use myfitnesspal app to add/track all of my cals and macros.
Download the free app or go to the website and type all that in to see what and how much you are eating.
