    Your opinion help

    Hello im 26 years old my weight 154lb height 1.m 80cm
    My bf 15% want to 10%
    My deit
    1 meal 3 eggs and banana
    2 meal apple and protein
    3 meal white rice 100 grams and chicken 200grams
    4 meal protein
    Than workout
    5 meal is only chicken 200 grams
    I'm train 4 time a week and 3 time a cardio
    I'm on right way?

    if your male and your that tall and only 154 pounds ,, why do you want to diet down to 135 pounds ? that is sickly skinny.
    I'd say you need to gain weight , lots of it at your height, not lose weight

    I have a little fat on my stomach, I would like a flat stomach
    I know I need to gain mass but I want to try I've never seen my6 pack )

    You are my same height, I prepped naturally for a comp and got down to 165. I looked like I had aids.
    You need to build muscle. When someone asks if your a female from your stats, that should give you a hint that you need to build muscle.
