    I’ve heard that before but that doesn’t make sense. That means if you eat 2 really big chicken breasts~80-100g protein you’d be digesting that protein for possibly 20 hours?

    No it just means the majority gets excreted..we take way more protein than is necessary especially if you follow this 1.5 grams per pound of body weight..but if you don’t fill those calories with protein, than what?a increase in the two other macronutrients will lead to a increase in adipose tissue..
