They are guidelines to get the most out of your cycle and training, i thought that was easily understood. since you dont understand ill explain : You can get less gains if you like by not tweaking your habbits. You can train bad and eat sh1t, get fat and lose all your hard work, or get gains fast without injury, get off a cycle, keep enough to be happy and love it. Its a choice, im just sharing things that ive learned over the years to help a newer guy get the most out of his training and cycle. These simple ideas are not news to many vets... i felt like summing it up in a quick thread... and... your welcome

This is a very good set of standards IMO. I was also told 21 and up was okay but who really can say for sure. Every person is different.

good point here. was 22 when i started, but yeah i agree most people should wait tho. Especially of all these high schoolers takin Dbol only cycles and giving AAS a bad name

What about the use of LR3 IGF (without AAS) with less than 2 years training as long as you have the other stuff in check?

Ive never used anything else... no slin, igf, growth. I do believe that even with these you should be prepared for it by getting educated on proper use and how to get the most out of them. Too bad tho, i cant advise on this.

Hey im newq to the forum (sorry obut my english, im from Costa Rica). I´v been doing some reserch on steroids and decided to try them.
my stats:
6ft
76kg before starting cycle, 80kg now. (im in the middle of a cycle)
21yrs old
been training science 16yrs old, almost non stop
Im in a middle of a cycle and I would like to know what you guys think. I did A LOT of reserch on each of this compounds im taking and I know exacly how they work.
My cicle is a deca /Dbol cycle. Th reson I chose this was because its a classic prooven to work cycle, and besides the only source that I know and I know its legit, diddnt have any test.
My cycle is basicly 400mg of deca/week (2 doses/week) and 30mg Dbol/Day(3 doses/day) for one month. I know its short but I want to take it easy.
Im taking also 10mg of Nolvadex /day to block estrogen receptors and mostly to avoid gyno. on mu PCT i plan to use just Nolvadex since its my first cycle and Ive already spent lots of $.
I will post my results on the proper part of the forum when Im done. Ill apreciate your opinions. THANKS

start a thread, however, i will say that TEST TEST TEST. unless of course you like : no sex drive, lethargy, and losing all your gains. This is likely what will happen, although some lucky ppl dont get shut down too hard.

At what age does your natural test production start to slow down? I am sure this is different by genetics but I am sure there is an average age where you don't produce as much as you once did.
