Great post!! Wish I had this to read before I jumped into my first cycle without the correct knowledge. I'm very lucky I didn't end up with bitch tits or something haha. If you asked me what PCT was during my first cycle I probably would have asked you if it was good and if it got you big, can i get some? haha But all joking aside I applaud the post and it should be read over and over again by newbies. When the post becomes a laughing matter to you then you know your ready. Bravo

Now Im scared out of my mind!!!!What little there is left anyways from this Blunted object. I Did like the professionalism of these 9 entertaining reseason not to try aas.
But you sounded like a Big brother who knows all the bad and you love your kids, even though you know in your heart they are gonna end up doing the same ole shit you did, even though your experience and leadership will save a small percentage of uneducated aas potentials.,at some of those things that could happen,,i hope nobody breaks there back AGAIN either,,,be careful BUD,BUT OVER ALL I WAS TERRORFIED,,,,LMFAOLast edited by SmokenDBOY; 03-24-2009 at 07:07 AM.

LOL theres one born every minute....
The article is not to scare you off, but to remind you of the proper knowledge and work needed to make the most of your chosen (wisely) cycle without wasting your time or injuring yourself. Take it how you will, its rooted in real world experience watching retards do juice the wrong way and ending up hurt or permanently changed for the worst (as wrj so eloquently put it LOL)

Seeing as how NO ONE reads the stickies (except mine ), i think this is in need of a MUCH needed bump.
Ive seen 2 people in the last hour who should NOT be cycling for various reasons, the 2 biggest being their age and overall lack of size/strength.
BUMP FOR NEWBIES EVERYWHERE!!!!

Low testosterone
I have had my testosterone checked 3 times (twice in the last month) It was very low. Was prescribed testosterone injections 2M.L. weekly. I just want to loose the lethargy, depression, and loss of lifes enjoyment. I'm not looking to go to extremes-just a good exerise program-rest-and eating correctly. Will I need to supplement with estrogen inhibitors etc.? Any advice I would appreciate. (I'm a newby...easy on the wise cracks)

HELP please lol
hi i read your post an completely understand why you recomend to not touch any type of steroid until you hit 21 or maybe 25.
However i'm only 16 and have been training for around 2 years now and have never really experienced any big weight gains or any dramatic increase of weight lifted.
I don't want to turn straight to steroids as i know it could be something i regret in the long run but i was wondering if you or anyone else on here has any other reccomendations of supplaments or anything to help me out.
i am constantley trying to improve my diet and the way i train.
As i said im 16 and around 6ft1 and around 12.5 stone.
Any diet, training or supplament advice would be appreciated as i stated before steroids are now becoming something i may turn to but as a last resort only
Reply if possible thanks

I'm looking for some answers on a good beginner cycle... I'm 5'7" 21yrs old at 140lbs. LOL My entire family is on the shorter side. I have been on a strict workout program for a few year and looking to add some juice. I am naturally ripped. I'm just looking to add some weight and muscle without ALOT of water retention to keep my shredded look. I believe I consume enough cals, protein, fat, etc. Down to it, I'm just wondering what would be a good cycle to achieve this??
Yes I've done plenty research.Last edited by growthspurt4m3; 09-16-2009 at 12:41 AM.

i've started using aas when i was 18. I haven't had any problems since then, no serious sides in those 3 years.
Enough other guys started using aas so young without any problems(yet). So why are you guys scaring those kids so much.
It's a fact that once they get the plan of using aas in their head, nothing will and can change that!

Considering Using
I'm 21 years old, and I am considering starting a light cycle in the future. I am looking for some input from experienced users and/or anybody educated who would like to weigh in.
Stats:
Age:21
Weight: 205 (9%)
Training: 8 years (Competitive for 3)
Diet: On point. Am currently on a carb cycling diet from a very well respected bodybuilding coach
Intentions: Improve my physique to get to the next level of competition.
Other relevant factors: I am a student at an ivy league institution (Not completely stupid), and am eager to learn.
Basically, I am not concerned with prematurely closing my epithelial plates (as I'm already 6'1" and my dad was around the same height). I am interested in the effects AAS may have on my HPA if i were to run a low dosed cycle with proper PCT.
Would love the input guys...

As per eating plans, here are some good software programs/sites to track what goes in your body. The Daily Plate has a bigger database but interface is cumbersome. Fit Day is good. Cron O Meter is software that gets installed on your computer.

I think alot of people have a problem with leaping into a cycle without thinking ahead of time. Im guilty of it and have to get some of my shit straight before getting into it.
What would be a good name for people that get antsy to juice up. I thought of one..
Big Me Up quick fix syndrome.

Again great post. Through your trial and error, there should be minimal failure for us. I like maldorfs post as well. With a huge number of us in the 20's to 30's. That is prime time for partying and drinking. So it is a lifestlye change, we have to give it 110% all the time, or were wasting our time. Who ever chooses steroids should get their partying out of the way, and make the committment.

I agree with everything except the part about training for at least two years. I think that should be more like 5-7 years.

I'm just getting back in the game. I'm 27 and have 4 hard years experience. I did a few cycles years ago and have since let this machine go to hell.
I ballooned to 275 on a 6'2" frame. When training I was about 190-200. I got ridiculous. Anyway I've cleaned up and am getting the mayonaise out of my viens. I'm down to 230 and I feel that hitting about 215 before diving back in is appropriate.
Any suggestions?
Not on AAS, I am too far gone to be thinking about that for a looong time.
