    5000 + cals a day! now that will definitely put a knot in my asshole! damn AP, are you bulking?

    No, that's just what I eat to maintain & increase strength. Anytime I do cut weight, my strength falls like a stone. I do want to cut down though. Can't stay at 260-270+ forever I guess...

    i know what you mean, i feel the same way, but i like to get to 10% BF while i can!
