250mcg per week, mixed in with .25cc of cyp, via sub q works fine for me.

whatever it takes to keep your b12 at the range you want. for me, that's high end of range.

it's totally dependent on the person though much moreso than testosterone . diet, absorption, storage all impact b12 shots to a large degree. our bodies can actually store some b12 unlike testosterone... so you need blood labs really to tell.

lots of people just do a 1mL/1000mcg shot every 1-2weeks.

I'm thinkin that if you were truly gettin enough B12 where it's needed that you could go days without taking any B12 and not feel any ill effects from doing so.

So to me you either have a good placebo effect from taking the Jarrow or you are not getting the B12 in an adequate amount where you need it and maybe you should try methyl injects one every day for a week and then once or twice a week thereafter (1000mcg).

Just because your serum B12 is at a good level only tells part of the story and maybe that's part of what's holding you back.
    Read this page: "stopthethyroidmadness.com/mthfr/"

Did you have a homocysteine lab done?

Maybe you could start a poll and see if the members vote that you should try methyl B12 pins or you should not......... (Now that you know how to pin and like it)

Alright I made the plunge and just injected my first SubQ B12 shot. I will only do sub Q and I will start another thread once I get my blood tested and results in about 6 weeks.

Hopefully being able to compare my blood tests on Im and subQ will help others.
