    As this is the best thread I have read on t3/Clen .... I just had to ask how much cardio you were doing for the 6 week cycle?... I am thinking of doing a very similar cycle....thanks

    Also I am scaling up to nearly 180mcg on the clen and not feeling a thing except a higher heart rate. After 5 weeks of proper diet and excersie I only lost pounds. Any suggestions?

    Hey guys I saw a previous post about measuring out liquid clen and I have a question.

    I have a 1ml oral syringe with .1, .2, .3 and soforth on it all the way to 1ml. If I'm looking to do 20mcg a day and increase it gradually, how would I measure it out?

    Any info would help, thanks

    good info going to start this cycle at the end of my first cycle or could i do it during my cycle with no problem? the reason why is so i dont lose much muscle weight and really im just ready to lose BF%.

    Ok guys, I have a challenge for you. My thyroid is completely shut down due to Graves disease. I take, as prescribed, 175mcg of Synthroid (t-4) and 10mcg of Cytomel (t-3).

    I want to take advantage of the fat burning/loss properties of an increased dose of T-3. What would be the dosing protocol for someone like me:

    Age 42
    5'11"
    180lbs
    14%bf

    hey whats up im new to all this stuff so stick with me. i just stated going back to the gym after 3 months of lazyness, used to weigh 187 now almost weigh 200. i never had much muscle but was in pretty good shape in general. now im trying to take things serious and want to look amazing for summer and for myself.. i started researching some things and came up with what i think i should take, now im hopin to have result and maybe get a body like ryan reynold. i no this wont be possible in 3 months but thats the type of structure im looking at muscular and thin but big... im thinking of using winstrol and trenbolone but of course trenbolone is illegal so use like a clone supplement like tren -x ...please if you have any insight help me out

    and 2-3 grams ED of the amino acid L-Taurine is recommended if
    cramping is really a problem... Also take your Clen and T3 in two
    divided doses during the day... Also to give you an idea my daily
    calorie intake was probably about 1,000 to 1,200 lower then normal
    for this entire time...

    BTW when I ran this cycle I was running 900mg week of Test Cyp
    as my only anabolic right at the end of a bulking cycle... My results
    is I went from a chunky, but thick as a bull 240lbs to a fairly hard 212lbs
    or so in only 6 weeks... Again adjust the doses to fit your tolerance...
    At these doses you will be sweating and hot all day long... Plan on
    losing some muscle mass even with the anabolics...

    everyone agree's taking clen \t3 at the same time or doing a regiment of clen for 3 weeks then t3 for the last 3 ? just a little werry of taking both at the same time, it'd be my first time taking either of the 2 so i was just looking for a heads up everyone seems to give a different cycle but i just kinda want to know if its bad to jump into both..

    First off thank you for the help. I ordered the ARR clen /t3 combo and was reading this:

    If I am leaning up and losing weight would it still be wise to use ECA stack or just do the clen/t3 cycle one week one week off? Can someone provide a good example of what ECA stack to use? I read a bit on using benadryl now forgive my stupidity but Bendadryl is a pain reliever? How much benadryl should I take if I take it?

    The ARR clen/t3 I see how much to take but how do I measure it as it is all oral? I read a bit more and really need a syringe. Does a syringe measure in MCG?

    What about a dry prohormone as an anabolic with a cycle like this? They are much cheaper and easier to get than an AAS. I was thinking of something along the lines of H-drol at 25-50mg/day.

    The Clen is staggered, as previously stated, in order to mitigate ADRB2 downgrade. The L-T3 is a thyroid hormone; it is not an adrenergic agonist. One need not stagger it during the 2 week on/2 week off Clen regimen, but it should be taken for no longer than 6 weeks (which is precisely how long the original poster indicated). Thereafter, a two month abstinence is ordinarily necessary. Continuous use of L-T3 is not advised as it can potentially suppress the thyroid's natural production of the hormone, which would necessitate a lifelong supplementation of the synthetic.     There is no injectable clen or T3, it is all oral. Hopefully you meant tablet or liquid. And no, there should not be a difference as long as it is dosed properly. The liquid may hit you a little sooner though.

    Could I use Clen and T3 and only do cardio everyday for about 4 weeks? or do I need to do weights with it too?
    I'm arounda about 195lbs and just wanna lose as much as i can and then start my cycle and weights.

    Hello I am new to this site well been here for a few months but am just starting to post since my time has come to start my first cycle. I have done alot of reading on these forums and the internet but I know you can always trust exactly what you read...

    Let me give you some background on me first...

    28 female 130lbs I am looking to cycle clen and t3 if I can find a reliable supplier of t3(if anyone knows that answer please feel free to tell me) I am looking to bulk up and shred I am training for the Fire Dept. and the demands are high as far as size and strength. I have until June to make somewhat of a difference in my body. I know that I need to be doing cardio about 5 days a week and weights 2-3 days or more a week(please critique that is necessary) I also would like some help as far as a diet plan.

    So here are the questions I have...

    1. Is clen and t3 a good cycle if not what would be good to stack with clen?
    2. Is 30 mins before workout a good time to take the clen?
    What type of diet should I be on while cycling?

    I would greatly appreciate any feedback or direction.

I have never tried anything and use to lift and did good with my all around power but ended up hurting my shoulder and stepped away from the whole thing, well as you know when you lift for power you bulk up!! well after a year im 30 pounds over weight and looked in to a few things and anavar seems to be the way to go to cut & drop weight and keep it off, "BUT I CANT FIND THE DAMN STUFF!!" Nobody I reached out to in NYC & NJ has a thing let alone anavar can anyone help a guy out!!! I would really be thankful it!!

    Best place to get it is wal mart - comes as the house brand "Wal-Var" - you have to ask for it in the pharmacy. Great prices on that and "Wal-Test" too!
