    Just a Question im currently taking clenblend and gives a huge energy boost at what stage of the day will your body crash because i have just started and took one in the morning so i work 8 hours per day and then go straight to the gym will i crash or will i be able to gym?

    I started on a Clen /T3 cycle today using Jack87s suggested cycle except this is my first time so I just went 50mcg for both clen and t3 to see how my body reacts. 10mcg probably isn't going to make much of a difference but, I am being sort of cautious. Tomorrow I will check my weight and post some stats. I am right around 20% BMI and want to cut down before cycling test.

    After 30 min of taking Clen I could feel the affects. It was a little uncomfortable i.e. felt like my heart beat went up, but after an hour or so it was fine. Has anyone experimented with multi-dosing e.g. instead of 60mcg once a day, taking 30mcg twice a day?

    You'll lose a good amount of weight on this cycle...good choice. Just want you to know t3 is catabolic and has the tendency to burn muscle aswell so if your interested in keeping your muscle or building some more while you cut add 500mg of test 250mg on Mondays and Thursdays. I did this cycle lost 30 pounds of fat and gained 12 muscle. That was years ago though I gained that back due to bad diet lol

    I'm taking clen for the firs time, my family has a history of heart problems but personally I've never had any at all. I'm taking clen and on day 3, I'm trying two weeks on two week off for my first time. I may be over thinking it and allowing the sides to come stronger than they actually are but, I've had headaches, and since I'm not taking any stuns to agitate it I'm actually getting sleepy and groggy on this stuff. I've had cramps. And my blood pressure as of this morning was 143/95 I usually sit at 128/88 so I'm not sure what to think but feeling like these effect and long term aren't worth it and thinking of stopping altogether. Can anyone with experience shed light on this please?

    divided doses during the day... Also to give you an idea my daily
    calorie intake was probably about 1,000 to 1,200 lower then normal
    for this entire time...

    BTW when I ran this cycle I was running 900mg week of Test Cyp
    as my only anabolic right at the end of a bulking cycle... My results
    is I went from a chunky, but thick as a bull 240lbs to a fairly hard 212lbs
    or so in only 6 weeks... Again adjust the doses to fit your tolerance...
    At these doses you will be sweating and hot all day long... Plan on
    losing some muscle mass even with the anabolics...

    Doses seem a little high and is this saying anavar or winstrol alone will be enough to ward off catabolism of t3?

    I am looking to diet down for some photos and also the summer. Am doing Daves diet for 12-14 weeks and want to run a cycle as well. I Have run a 3, 12 week bulking cycles now, so am by no means Ronnie Coleman, but its not my first time by a long way either. I am currently 6ft and weighing 215....bf around the 14-15 mark.

    I have come in to some good money and am able to invest in a solid amount of gear.

    Was looking at running GH throughout at 4IUs EOD, with sust and deca for the first 6 weeks. With Clen 5 days on and 2 days off throughout.

    Last 6 weeks drop the sust and deca, start T3, Masteron and viro prop.

    This is very much on paper as a bare bones starting point, any suggestions, advice or cycle examples would be awesome. Just wanting to see what people would run for a good competition cutting cycle??
