Good luck on your dnp bro.... alotta people have different opinions on it, but i love it.... in january i started the first of two 25day dnp runs @ 200mgs a day with 30mcg of T3 a day (combined with other mandatory supps)... I love the low dose long runs... I still am able to complete 40-50min of morning cardio and my lifts are consistant...
Im on my second 25 day run right now... I let me weight get WAY too carried away last year, so I had quite a big to lose.... im down about 50lbs though since mid january...

Second Cycle Day 1
Well nothing to excting to pst today I decided to push my start date back a day to let my lungs recoop a bit more, still got 4 days left of the antibiotics but i popped back some DNP when i got up this morning, I'm on midnights so usually all i do is sleep, so i figured this would be as good a time as any to run the dNP for 2 weeks at 500, maybe even try a few days at 750 depending if I feel brave enough. I've got a good feeling about this next cycle, how could I not though after losing 13 pounds in a 6 day run while eating shitty for 3 of those days and only running it at 500 for 2 of them.....
Should be interesting. I'll take before pics of this cycle as well.
Well I'm off to enjoy some of this nice weather.

Day 2
Well popped back the first pill so far today when I woke up, my throat was dry as hell and I'm sweating quite a bit already, nothing to report otherwsie though, pretty straight forward so far, my weight was up a little maybe cause of water retention, but for the record I'm saying I'm at 243 for the start of this cycle.

I know alot of people get discouraged because you hold so much water and look puffy.... but patience is the key here for getting down to a low bf percentage with it.... I think the best way to get to the super low bf% is to run 200mgs a day (250mg) in your case w/ the T3 and other supps for a prolonged period of time (like 20 days)...
Then make sure you diet is PERFECTLY intact for atleast a week after the dnp run while the dnp amounts diminish and your natural T3 levels return to normal

Day 3
I'm definately interested in running the T3 alongside the DNP once I've got the proper amount of time in from between cycles, I've got it written down on my calendar that I can start it up again sometime in May.
Going to pop back a pill in a few hours, just got back from the gym, first time going while running the DNP and man do I ever feel like a big bag of shit now, my lifts were pretty normal, except towards the end of my workout I was feeling realy dehydrated and very tired and of course I was sweating a crap load. Down 3 pounds since yesterday (my weight usually fluctuates about 2 pounds a day so I've made some progress so far). I might check back in later tonight if theres anything worth adding.

Day 4
Just got home from the gym and outta the shower, man is my energy down, all my lifts were down by about 20 pounds for my arms and again, sweating very badly, I can really start to notice water retention in my stomach as its softer than it usually is. My weights the same as yesterday...

if u need an idea to keep some motivation, try this... take a pic of urself now and place it in numerous places where u kno YOU will see it like inside the bathroom cabinet, the sun visor in ur car, ur closet ect. every time u look at it, it will remind u of wat u want to change and how good ur gonna look when u get through everything
jus thought this might be helpful if u get to the point where u (think u) wanna stop

Day 5
My weights down 6 pounds since yesterday...frig i love this stuff, had a terrible sleep, woke up about 5 or 6 times soaked in sweat, had to change pillows they were so wet, i think its because i took my morning dose right before i went to bed, i knew i was going to regret that. So far down 7 pounds on this cycle and 20 pounds since I started taking it, going to try and post some pics this weekend as i definately can notice results, my 1 buddy at worked said he noticed quite a difference from yesterday. still have lots to ose tho as far as i'm concerned, hoping alot of it will come off as water weight once this cycle is done.

Nope, no fan, i'm breaking one out tonight, not making that same mistake. The sweating is actually starting to get unbearable, I can't wear a t-shirt and I've just been wearing boxers, fell asleep on the couch and woke up lterally soaked to the bone, its disgusting but hey I know its working.
Try to get those pics up tommorrow.

Day 6
haha yah a bathing suit wud be pretty decent, had the window open all the way last night and a fan blowing on me on full power, felt nice to be even a little cold, didn't sweat much, has a pretty decent sleep without the melatonin, so I might try to run it at 750mg this week, as long as i can handle the sleep the rest of the day won't be so bad, wut do u think about that? I wanna get to where I want to be asap without jeapordizing my health so i won't ever go past 3 per day, I want to start my Eq/Tren cycle! I'm really pumped for that, anyways, going to upload those pics now, I'll get around to posting them today sometime.

u dont need to taper at the end. just stop. traces of the dnp will still be in the system for 3-4 days depending on the dose used. Anabolic rebound is what some users report getting when they come off the dnp. there bodies are in an anabolic state so they tend to gain some muscle if diet and training are in place

Day 7
The pics were taken 2 days after the last cyclem, but the before pics were taken about a month before. Last night I decided to pop back 3 pills and the sweating hasn't been to much worse, definately felt much more thirsty so far today, woke up and drank 2 liters of water in about 2 minutes, the fan is definately helping. I think I might try 2 pills a day and then 3 pills a day so my blood levels don't get quite as high as they would if I exclusively did 3 pills.

nothing new to report, i can really start to tell i'm holding alot of water weight, can't wait to see howmcuh i'll drop, i've decided i'm going to go all in and just say screw it, running 3 pills a day so 750mg in total till thursday night and then i'll stop for a bit and do 1 more cycle and see where i stand. popping back a pill right now every 8 hours so my blood levels don't spike to much. still haven;t really dropped much weight since day 3 or 4 where i woke up and seen a noticable difference and was 5 pounds lighter...

Yeah I can tell the most by looking at my arms, they've lost quite a bit of size and my strength is down about 30%, doing 3 pills is so much worse, I'll break into a sweat walkingup a flight of stairs. AS for carb cycling I've jus tbeen eating whatever I want to, and its been mainly carbs if I try to stay away from them I get really light headed and start to get the spins. Can't wait 2 get off this stuff.

day 9
o kithe sweating is tomuch, 3 pills are killing me I'm getting pains in my sides, my stomach and it i'm so thirsty when i wake up that it hurts. Ive decide 3 pills is not worth doing. i popped back 1 pill before I went to bed and am looking forward to seeing my results now, I'll start 1 more cycle and try to go all in and see what i can expect from it. on the bright side my weight is down 5 more pounds since yesterday for a total of 24 haha nice!

I've been supplementing T3 since saturday and will continue to make my way up to a total of 125mg per day and then back down to 25mg I will do this for a total of 40-50 days so I'm not to worried about my T3 levels as they're already being alterd, thanks for the heads up though.
