I bump it up 25mg every 4 days and then run it at 100mg for 10 days and then bump it down 25mg every 4 days, but since I ordered more than usual I'll try 125 for 10 days and just do 100mg for the 4 days before and after.

3rd Cycle, Going All Out For 6 Days
Ok, I want to get as cut as possible by July so I'm going to keep running this until I get to where I want, my buddy is getting married next weekend so I can't do this cycle for to long as I'm sure to drink Saturday night.
I took 2 pills last night to elevate my blood levels quicker. I'm also going to be running an ECCA cyle along side it to maximize my metabolism. That extra C isn't a typo either, I'm going to be taking 300mg Ephedrine in the morning and again in the afternoon, with 300mg Caffeine in the morning and afternoon, as well as 100mcg of Clen in the morning and afternoon and 81mg of Aspirin, morning and afternoon alongside all the supplements listed at the start of this thread. I know Clen and Ephedrine work on the same receptors and Ephedrine doesn't target those receptors as well as Clen does but it should definately be interesting, haven't quite decided if I'll be taking 500mg or 750mg of DNP each day as last time I felt like ass but I wasn't consistently taking the Supplements that help prevent all the sides. The Ephedrine also contains 100mg of L-Tyrosine and an extra 200mg of Quercetin. I'm currently at 232 lbs at the start of this cycle, I can tell I've lost a bit of muscle so I think I'm going to have to get as low as 205-210 lbs before I might be able to make out my abs, my up coming cycle should help with that though. I'm also going to make sure I do cardio everyday this week and drink alot more water than I did on my last cycles. My hands are already shaking violently and my pulse is a bit higher than usual, once I finish this bottle of Ephedrine I'm never buying the stuff again, same with the Clen, the long term effects are just not worth it to me, way to hard on the heart.Last edited by The Moose; 04-30-2006 at 08:52 AM.

Good and bad news for me, I realized I screwed up the dates and my buddy isn't getting married until the 13th, not the 6th so I'll be able to run this cycle for 13 days as oppose to 6. I'll keep posting, currently my heart feels like its going to beat right out of my chest and I'm again sweating like a little b*tch!

3rd Cycle Day 2
Nothing new to report really, down 3 lbs since yesterday, so 229 now, down
25 lbs since I started the DNP , going to go take sum pics right now so I can compare and post them after I finish this 13 day epic haha.

Something is definately wrong........and I love it I've lost 3lbs since I woke up this morning so I'm currently at 226 lbs, down a total of 28 lbs since the start, and down 6lbs since yesterday, everybody is commenting on how my hands are trembling haha. WOOHOOO!!! I'm taking 3 pills a day now...total of 750mg a day. The ephedrine, caffeine, and clen are keeping me wired, even tho i've got the sweats my energy is through the roof.!

Yeah even though I planned on doing cardio....I think im going to forego it. I'm back up to 229lbs but I drank 6 liters of water in the past 8 hours and i have never sweated so badly in my life, feel like i just finished playing hockey, my forehead almost feels like its raw from wiping off the sweat so much, think i might go back down to 2 pills tommorrow and them prolly bump it back up to 3 once i finish this shitty ephedrine and clen !

Day 3
I'm down to 2 pills today and I dropped the Clen , still running the ephedrine though, hands aren't shaking quite so badly but still sweating just as bad as yesterday, going to go and try doing some cardio, I'll see how that works out for me. Going to drink a shit load of water and will probably bring along a sweat towel! Down to 225lbs today so thats 7lbs in 3 days, I must say....not to shabby! Big big difference in my chest, stomach, and on my sides, I can start to make out my ribs a bit, don't think I've ever seen them before haha!

I have no friggan idea why more people don't use this stuff!!! I'm down to 221lbs for a total of 32 lbs so far and 11lbs in the last 4 days alone, sweating at night has been awesome so far, the fan pointed right at my head has completely prevented that, washed my rims last night for my truck and I had planned to do cardio but ended up working my back instead, that turned out to be quite the workout for both, my back is killing me today. Going to hit the gym up again today, energry is down a bit right now, waiting for the ephedrine to kick in before I get up and start moving around.

Now at 220 lbs, down a total of 33 so far. Today I can notice a huge change in the fat I have or should say had...on my chest, have to slouch and move my arm in towards my other arm so i can grab some fat there! At this rate I may post more pics before this cycle is over!

moose how often have u been doin cardio on these dnp cylces to lose this much weight and how has your diet been on this cycle , have u been consuming alot of carbs? askin cause im bout 2 start my dnp cycle soon .

i don't think i've done cardio once the entire time i've been on it, not going to the gym as frquent either, i go maybe 2-3 times week but otherwsie i would be going monday-friday. first tiem around i ate whatever i want but this time i'm eating much healthier and limiting my calories to create an additional deficit, and i've noticed much better results, i've increased my protein alot in the last few days as i'm starting to notice the T3 has had an effect on me losing some muscle.
I'm currently at 224 but i've been up for a few hours (usually weigh in first thing in the morning) i've eaten breakfest and i'm wearing clothes so most likely still at 221. hopefully holding some water weight.

dude if u dont wanna lose muscle u gotta reduce your intake of t3 even if u up your protein your still gonna lose muscle with taking that much anyways keep up the good work im followin u dude

I'm not really all that concerned because I started my summer cutting cycle yesterday, EQ takes about 2 weeks to start to have an effect and about 10 weeks to get noticable results, also taking Test Cyp for about 8 weeks and it takes a bit of time to get in your system as well, so hopefully when I finish up wht the DNP in a few more weeks everything will be kicking in. I'm also taking Masteron which since its a DHT derivative helps in burning fat. And finally will be taking D-BOL once i finish the DNP for 30 days to add on a bit of bulk with enough time to still lose the water weight before July, so I'll get it all back + some!

I decided yesterday morning to stop taking the DNP becuase I wasn't really feeling the heat anymore or noticing any results. I may start again tommorrow or Monday and run it till Thursday at 3 pills with the ECA stack and the Clen , hopefully I'll be able to lose another 11 pounds in 10 days. I'll take pics in a week and post them up hopefully by Sunday the 14th.

the pills are a light red. I've noticed though on each cycle I don't drop any water weight at the end of the cycle, I actually gain about 2-3lbs and lose the majority of the weight in the first few days. So this cycle will be 3 pills a day till Thursday with the ECA and Clen , I might go as high as 4 pills E.O.D but I know not to cross that limit as that would put me at 1000mg a day, don't even know if Ill try that I'd wait till Wednesday to even do it so I know the full effects of the heat from 3 pills will have kicked in by then.

So Tommorrow is my last day and I have yet to see any results, the scale has not moved. I think I've been running the T3 to high on these cycles and I've been running the cycles to close together, something to keep in mind for next time I guess. Depending on if I drop water weight this time around (it has yet to happen) I may run the DNP in a few weeks mid-cycle to drop a few more pounds, I know it will hinder the results but on a 16 week cycle I'm not overly concerned if I lose 2 weeks of progress. Pics will be posted Sunday, hopefully I'll see some difference when I take them.

not at all, i'm back up to 228 but that may also be because i'm taking my d-bol now. so who knows? but i have yet to lose any water weight after my cycle stops. pictures will be taken and posted tommorrow at the lastest, hopefully sometime today

i need to get on the body comp scale at my gym to get a better idea how much i lost, but i can tell i did lose quite a bit, i had 204lbs lean muscle mass when i was at about 246lbs now i'm currently 225 and theres no way i've still got 204lbs of lean mass on me, i will in a few weeks but thats a different story. hopefully i will be back before 8pm once i get home from the gym to post up sum pics
