N there we have it. I'll most likely start a new thread once I run the DNP again in the fall, till then I'm going to focus on hitting up the gym, my current cycle, and concentrate on my eating habits which have been super clean lately. Any questions just ask right here as I'll most likely stay subscribed to this thread for awhile yet.
Thanks to everyone who helped me out and took some time to read through this. Best of luck if you decide to run this product, it works very well.

im sure protein would help u keep muscle dont think it can hurt. Maybe creatine can hurt cause it can dehydrate u and dnp is a killer with dehydration

take a fair amount of protein to keep your carbs and fats somewhat limited but don't overdue it, you will not gain any muscle while running DNP so keep that in mind, simply put you won't have the sugars in your blood stream to promote any new muscle growth

I started a new DNP cycle 3 days ago and have already dropped 7 pounds, I was taking D-bol for 2 weeks prior so some of that can be attributed to dropping the water weight. Going to try and push this cycle for 3 weeks, the heat is insane but I'm on the midnight shift right now so now is the time to do it.

Been on this cycle for 10 days now and the heat is just as bad as usual, my weight has stayed the same although my stomach has really shrunk down and my 'love handles' are just about tottally gone, I can't see any way that I'm not holding any water retention, looking forward to dropping it!
