as for being a liar - i have documented every single meal, added up every single macro and have done for years - i can confidently say that yes i was consuming 5000kcals on my last cycle - i also know that i need around 4000kcals to maintain
i'm sorry i just dont see you getting to 300lbs on 5000kcals unless u have some freakish genetics
and if this is the case - then fair enough i could be wrong but for the average man of your size definitely needs more than 5000kcals
Manfred Hoeberl requires 7500kcals just to maintain

pump pump oh did i say pump ha i have had massive pumps all day long i love it my diet is going great i have thrown in 2 dozen egg white ed to my diet and 4 cans of sardines that. to the peope that dont know a can of sardines has 200 cals and 25 grams of protein and 2 dozen eggs has 72 grams of protein and 300 cals i will throw in 2 sweet potatos to that will add 200 cals so with that i will be adding 1300 cals 172 grams protein and like 100 grams carbs not too bad for eggs and sardines huh anyways i worked legs today and they already hurt cant wait to see what they feel like tommorrow i feel great i will be ading more details startinf =g next wek once i have settled in a program

today has been a ok day it is my cheat day i have eaten some candy ( peanut butter cups ) 8 of them great aint it and i have had 2 half pound burgers meat and bread only i have a cheat day like every week or 2 depends and once a month i just blow my diet and go crazy pizza,cookies cakes pies ice cream i eat like 5000 cals junk food i love those days i have about 15 a year like that. today i am going to do my traps, shoulders,
front barbell shrug 1x15 warm up
1x10 light
4x8 work sets
reverse shrug 4x8 work sets
miltary press barbell 1x15 warm up
4x8 work set
side raise 4x8 work
lat raise 4x8 work
1x10 each exercise done light weight right after each other no rest cool down
well its back to training will update weight friday

well today was the best day so far i have ate 5600 cals and its 730pm i will get about 7000 today thats great i did start my cardio today i ran 1 mile and walked 1 . i will be working up to running 3 miles 3x per week and thats all the cardio i ever do it works well for me and its great for boxing but i after 1 mile the dbol back pain set in and it was over lol nothing i can do for it but stick it out until off d-bol i am responding very well to this batch of d-bol liquid is supior to the pills to my body. i will reach my goal of 300 pounds i really think i could even reach as far as 310 i guess its my years of training and my knowledge paying off i have never felt so good about a cycle before this is going to be the one thatputs me over the top i love it weel today was an off day just running i have found that a work day and a rest day really work well for bulking its hard not to train all the time but man i found my routine and its a work day and a rest day i think i am up to 278 right now i have not weighed and will not until friday i was 268 when i started and then i got sick and now i thin i have gained 10 pounds we will see i prolly will weigh at 275 but i will see how close my guess is. i lay in bed at night and just day dream of being 300 pounds lol i am crazed about i

i will be updating my weight day by day current weight 279.6 i am looking to be 285 by months end i have worked out once today fixing to workout again.
NOW COMES THE REAL DEAL
i have about 90 days until the first wave of arena football tryouts. so it is time to incorporate football agility training into my plan not only do i have to get to 300 i have to play and carry the extra weight. i am going to take an yoga class 3 days a week to help this laugh if u must but the stretching and flexabilty in yoga go along way in football and i can keep my speed up. i will be running the L shuttle and 20 yard shuttle the 10,20 and 40 yrd dashes this is what they test in the most and the 225 bench press all i am worried is running a 4.84 and doing 22-25 reps at 225 i would be a shoe in at those stats until next time guys

Well still aint seen pics. Bro you arent eating enough from what i see. I mean I am 19, 6'5 247 10.5%bf, just added bf, slacked on cardio for bulking reasons.
I eat 5500 easy on a day to bulk with no gear. I would say more more more. Like 900g carbs, 500g protein 150g fat. so this is 6960 cals.
I mean 2g perlb is what roid cycles call for, and what i see everyone use.

well rehab went well it hurt like hell but gotta love it my weight is pretty settled at 278 for now 278.6 this morning and the cal maybe i need them to be up but i gain real well on what i eat i must have a slow metabo all my cycles i eat like 5000-6000 and still gain 25-30 pounds a cycle with minamil body fat storage so i shall see if i hit a platoe i will bump it up but as long as i am gaining 2-3 pounds a week on my cycle i will stay were i am for now but thanks for the input

cause 15% bf doesnt look flatering at all. i dont care how much you weigh...
also i am 190 and am running about 4500 cals a day on my test e dbol cycle, so 5000 cals seems like a real small amount of food intake for a 270 pound frame.

well my weight today is 278.2 i think it has stabilized here very weird i have started and stopped my cycle 2x and was not on long enough to shut my nuts down i stated at 268 and i am 278 now gained 10 pounds and its here to stay been off the gear 12 days its kinda weird since i am at this point i will go on the gear for 2 weeks when i get better try to gain 10 pounds and i will come off for 2 and see how my weight is if i keep the 10 pounds then this will be very weird will updated

Dude i'm also 6'5" 240 lbs. Like gymrat12345 said 5000cals is barely makin it. Your BMR should be @4000-4500 as it is. It's all good but by now it's (pics or b*llshit)

Shake those haters off brotha!!!! I'm 6'3 and run between 295-305 pretty regularly (au natural for now). I eat anywhere between 4000 and 5000 cals a day. My bf is between 15 and 18%. I don't give a **** about looking pretty because I compete in powerlifting and strongman. Most of the guys on forums like this are hard gainers. So the guys who are 200lbs eating 5000 cals a day couldn't be 300lbs if they soaked themselves in concrete. Others like myself could see 300lbs with no problem. From what I can tell, if you are having problems getting your weight up, the best advice is to eat more. Otherwise I don't see what weights you are using but if you aren't lifting heavy you won't gain as much as if you were lifting heavy. Good luck!
Gymrat12345 and Dying Wail, 15% isn't appealing to yall, but most football players especially offensive/defensive linemen carry around 15-20%. And trust me when I tell you that they don't have any problems being found appealing by women. Even Brian Urlacher (a former college teammate of mine) carries between 10 and 12%, as most linebackers and big running backs do. Obviously this guys goals are different from yours. To me 6'5 and 240 (jacked) is skinny. And Gymrat12345 you are only 190lbs, I coach 8th and 9th graders bigger than that, shit I weighed 195lbs as a freshmen in high school (with a 225lb bench press at 14yrs old) so you really shouldn't even chime in on this convo. Hell Dying Wail, Lebron James is 6'7 and 247lbs. So to a 'real' big guy like myself, you need a lot of work as well. Stop flaming the dude and try to be a little more constructive. BTW FilledOut... get away from the bodybuilder workout routines and find a good football specific routine. I'm not seeing any cleans or much squatting on your workouts. You need to work more explosive routines both dynamic and max effort days in order to maximize your athletic potential.

2.)If your eating 4000-4500Cals @6'5" What ever weight. Then you wasting your cycle! It's that simple.

What I should have said is I try to eat between 4K and 5k in calories. But most of the time I can't. I just can't stomach that much food. My goal is to be 320. So I know I need to continously eat at least 5K in order to gain weight. That point being made is 300lbs to some people is easy. No me trying to get down to 200lbs is impossible. The reverse is true for most of the cats here. I've heard of guys eating 7500 to 10K (supposedly) and only weighing 250lbs. If I ate that much I would be 400+.
Filledout you needs to eat more, plain and simple. Obviously you are still young. You workouts alone lead me to believe you are doing bbing type workouts while trying to be a football player. You can't do both, brotha. I guarantee that once you get put on a serious strength and conditioning program geared toward football, you will grow. I have no doubt about that.
