    dang freinds air went out last night did not get to weigh my self got home late but this morning weight is 292.4 i need to get over this sticking point and blow though 300 one more post and i get my 100 post yea

    Good luck bro. I play semi-pro ball, also a Lineman. I'm 6'3 275 15-20% right now, been running a little leaner for summer, SO DAMN HOT OUTSIDE!! I usually run in the 285 range during season, couldnt imagine how i would feel at 300. I like the cycle your running and may institue the HGH on my next cycle after this season is over. I play fall and spring ball but may have a lay off this fall, due to league restructring in my area. If you could would you PM me or post up your 5x5 workout, I would like to compare it to what im setting up for the off-season. Keep growing man!!

    u know kal el i thought the same thing about being 300 at first when i was 290 i felt bloated and slow and just sluggish but after a week or so of maintaining it i feel light and lean i will pm u my routine i have only been on it a week or so i dont know how good it is the thing that has helped me the most is keeping strict track of my weight i have gained no x tra body fay to date my legs are picking up the weight some how its going there i love it and i will be putting picks up but they are not amazing just a 6'5 290 pound 15% bf dude i have to get them put on a disk

    i love this liquid d-bol its the sh*it gotta love these pumps. hgh is kicking in i feel harder and more lean and my fingers tingling a little gotta love hgh i can also feel the test kicking in i have to take a valuim just to go to sleep at night i am so pumped up cant wait to bust the 300 mark

    ok i just had my body fat checked at the gym with some eletric gizmo thing anyways my bf is 14.7% i am very please with this result there is room for error with this test give or minus 1% so worst case 15.7 nice and i weighed 297.4 i have done well with keeping the bf off while bulking

    ok all u pic freaks i will get them up soon they are not amazing 15% body fat on a 300 pound frame aint real hot but anyways i will get them by the end of next week give me a week

    I'm going to be doing a cycle of Deca with Sust. 250 next month. I've been doing some research to were I feel safe in what I'm doing. The only thing is that I don't know much about the different brands. The most popular ones I've come across are QV, Animal Power, Tornel, Pet's Pharma, and Brovel. Any suggestions on which brand has better quality and results??

    well bro first thinds first the brand really does not matter i have use all kinds of differnt brands with great results but u need to know if they are fakes there are alot of fakes out there ,lets take e QV FOR EXSAMPLE i have used it before and had great results nice product. i on the other hand had a freind to guide me though my virgin stage of gear use so i could spot a fake and i have had guys try to sell me QV that were fake they did not even know they were fake. with that said when u order gear i know u cant know if its a fake if you dont see it but make sure u feel good about ur source and get 4 or 5 refrences that have used them before and had good results dont get in a rush take ur time and do some reseach hope this helps

    I was thinking you should be taking about 500g of protein a day at your bodyweight?

    at my size around 300 pounds the min would be 300 grams thats 1 gram per pound i like to get 1.5 grams per pound so yes 450 would be in that range. the trick is eating it spaced out so my body can use and digest it rather than secrete it i am sure i am not useing it all and sh*iting some out but i would rather sh i t out protein than fat.
    i think the key to getting huge is a having a super digestive system so i take sups to help my digestive system i will tell u something a diet expert told me
    he told me if you have a hard time digesting it your body really cant use it it does not absorb properly so i have a note book and when i eat something that gives me indigetion i dont eat it again cause my body has a hard time with it i write it in my book and log it. i got some freinds that eat tuna fish and get indigestion i dont get it with tuna so everyone is differnt just keep track of the foods you cant use

    wow man thats crazy!! Its hard to belive you put on that much weight each day. my eye's are glued to your posts. Im think im going into shock, ha ha. I can hardly wate to do a cycle that i gain that much weight. some day i guess. good luck and keep eating

    weight this morning 299.2 i do feel a little slow and sluggish but i have to get use to carring this weight this happened at like 285 i think dont rember but for 3-4 days i felt heavy and slow and then i felt light and lean after a week or so

    this evening 302.6 wow looking at the scale and seeing 302 was nice. my new goal is to hit 310 by the end of the month i might and i might not but thats my new goal. the new 5x5 program that was recomended to me is working great i feel stronger than ever with every set i do i get pumps that are painful but in a good way once per week i am going to do 3x3 max weight workouts to mix it up a little as of now i did
    1x3 325ilbs
    1x3 305ilbs
    1x3 305ilbs
    i will check my progress from week to week my goal is to do 3x3 at 325 by the end of the month

    evening 303.4 and i took a hairy s hit before i stepped on scale
    still getting tingling in arm from the hgh
    going to do some research on igf might use some on next cycle not on this one
    this weekend i am going to see what my 40yrd dash time is i feel like its going to be bad not use to so much weight yet.
    really need to work on my 10yrd dash time for position i play

    its been a couple of days
    morning 302.4
    evening 305.2
    been off diet for the weekend just needed some time off back on it now
    dont feel bloated and slow due to i only ate 3x a day for the last 2 days
    i will be on a low sodium diet for the next 2 weeks trying to get the bloat down blood pressure is a little high 140/80 not bad for a 300 pound man on the juice before i started blood pressure was around130/70
    i can tell i am holding water will up the a-dex dose up to 1 so that water retension will not get out of hand
    some of u may think this is not a very detailed log its not its more of a in my face reminder not to slip in my training
    i have vamped up my test to 1gram a week now due to my extra pounds

    dang hgh. arm is tingling alot now but been there done that i know its from the hgh will run the 40 this weekend to compare need to get in the 4.9s
    the 5x5 routine i have been using is good i am making gains in my strength
    every workout i feel i am stronger but that could be from the hgh, d-bol or a gram of test ha ha

    just got in the mackie shilstone fitness deal i will leave next monday for 2 weeks. i will still update everyday for those of you that do not know who mackie is one of the best fitness trainer in the world when roy jones jr needed to put weight on to move up to heavyweight who did he call mackie and roy won the title all the top college athletes go there to train before the nfl combine.
