300 pound club
i am getting ready to run my 7th cycle a little stats for ya
6'5 270ilbs 15% bf maybe 16%
i plan to reach the 300 pound club for a short time and cut back to 280-285
i will be runny the basics
1-6 50mgs d-bol
1-8 750mgs of test enth
8-16 750mgs of test cyp
1-24 hgh 6 ius ed for 6 days a week
i will follow up with hcg , clomid, all the basics
i will be running novadex through out
i have not planned my cutting cycle for aftter this
i am cleasing my liver as we speak i only i am drinking a galion of water ed and 32 ounces of pure cranberry juice i am also taking milk thistle and ala right now just trying to give my liver some vaction time before i start.
my diet is going to be huge i will be consuming 5000 cals + ED with at least 300 grams of pure protein not shakes i might have 2 shakes ed but they do not compare to the real deal meat and eggs i see alot of guys with like 5 -10 shakes a day that to me is to much synthetic protein but thats just my own thoughts. i will keep this updated and i will be taking picks in 2 week intervals so u guys can see my progress

well i am ironing out my diet right now it looks like this roughly. some people go big on there gear i go big on my diet
0530 -1 shake cosisting of peanut butter,honey, fruit, protien powder
4 oz of turkey
1 whole grain bagel
1 cup oatmeal
16 oz milk
0900- fruit, 6 oz of deli sliced turkey breat,1potato small, 16 oz milk, 8 oz grape juice
1200-1 cup brock,w cheese, 8 oz chicken breast, i whole grain bagel, raisens
300pm - 1 shake + carbo added 6 boiled egg whites
500pm -potato w cheese, 1 cup brock, turkey breast, fruit ,brown rice
730 -shake with peanut butter honey and powder 8 oz grape juice
930 -8oz of some kind of meat + pasta and fruit
0230am double shake
this does not include the pre and pst workout shakes that will be around 500 cals each my diet is roughly going to consit of 5500 cal 400grams pro 600 grams carbs and 120-150 grams of fat i have not got the % yet i am going to a nutritionist later this week

Good luck bruther. I am also 6'5. I was 280 last october with 18%bf, now i am down to 238 with 8% bf. I am going to bulk up more. I am 1 month from being 19. I will wait 1 more year till i cycle.
AGain....god luck, 300 lbs will be mine some day. (some day very very soon!!!)

today i am feeling pumped up about my upcoming cycle. i cannot wait to step on the scale and see 300. i have timed myself in the forty yard dash i ran a 4.74 and i weighed 274 i am trying to get to 300 and run at least a 4.84 i think i could even run a 4.79 at the hundred when i weighed 247 i ran a 4.65 so i only lost .9 of a second and put on almost 30 pounds i think i can get to 300 and cut down to 290 and run a 4.79 i might have chance to get on the practice squad of a pro team.

ok this is my workout schedule for up coming cycle. chest tries only, will be posting the rest later have to spend some time on my needs per body part
MONDAY, chest,triceps,
i am going to do my triceps workout first before chest so when i do my chest,my chest will be working and not the tries.

french curl 1x10 warm-up

bench press bar x 15 warm-up
1x6 light warm-up

ok yesterday was first day of sucsess i started my cycle. let me start by saying (omg) liquid d-bol holy sh*t everclear aint got nothing on that. i sure think liquid is better than tabs it feels more intense and to the point i have had a great surge of energy first time with liquid stuff. well lets get some starting stats

wow what a diffence ur diet makes lol i knew that but i have vamped mine up.
it is 700 am 05/28/06 and i feel great about today i am going to be consuming mass quanites of gret food and workingout and stretching aint life grand today is chest see upper thead for my workout. i will give weekly updates on weight,size bf and such i am taking some pics and going to have then put on a disk so i can put them up i will put up biweekly pics of progress.
i am on my way to the 300 pound club. hey that should be a forum on here 300 pound club lol

well it the day is almost over and i survived meaning staying to my diet and training my ass off a great sucsessful day. liquid d is the shit it kicks in so much better than tabs for me i love it i think i absorb more of it. as you train u have to take it day to day u cant plan it in weeks or months or workouts u have to survive it day to day in and out i will post more when i get more

today was a good day not great. i sleap alot and my diet is going good not great have not eaten as much as i wanted but today is not over. i feel super pumped i think this is going to be a great cycle i took today off no training just eating and sleeping but i am super amped about this upcoming week cant wait to see myself in 5 days see the first weeks progress

hi guys just going to drop a few lines. i am feeling great again had to work today. my diet is going very well today i am feeling very amped up and my body is getting very hard and pumped its wonderful i love being on a great cycle its like i turn into a machine the mental aspect is amazing. like i said i think this is going to be my best cycle yet. i think by the end of june i should be in the low 290's or better thats how good the diet is going. oh and i am not putting on any extra body fat t this time. i am going to work back and bi's today
bent over row 15x warm up
jumping jacks 30x3 warm up
bent over row 10x2 light
4x8 work sets
one arm row 12x warm up each arm
6x4 heavy work sets
bent over fly 10xwarm up
2x12 work sets
each exercise done 1 more time 10x cool down light stretching weight
stretching in between each set
bi barbell curl 15x warm up
4x8 work sets concentration curl 4x4 15 seconds each rep
wrist curls 4x10 work sets
reverse wrist curls 4x4 10 seconds each rep
each exercise done once more light streching weight 10x
i do not do the same workout every week i change it up ever week i change reps time of reps # of exercises well it s off to the gym

well today has been the best day diet wise i am way high on my protein and it taste good to. i am right at 5000 cals a day 1500 of those coming from shakes and 3500 solid food i have been hungry all day. i want to try and get 6000 a day on workout days and 5000 on non its tough to eat 5000 with mainly solid food. i am taking a rest day today the first 2-4 weeks of my cycles i ussally workout a day and rest a day until the juice gets flowing real good then i change it up my regular is 2 on 1 off 3 on 1 off. i am feeling good bodys getting alot harder. blood pressure is fine pumps are awesome, my workout yesterday was insane the pumps werre almost painful will update tommorrow

fuc fuc fuc i have to stop my cycle for the rest of the week i got a fuc*ing staff infection in my fuc*king foot by my big toe fuc. it hurts so fuc*king bad.
well thats life i got some bad azz anti biotics for this you do not want to play with staff. but anyways i am still amped up about this cycle i am up 5 pounds today i will be adding somw a-dex to my cycle next weeek to keep the bloat down but until i get better my cycle has stalled

well last night i went to the hospital and they gave me 3 shots and 3 scripts for antis but this morniong i woke up and wow what a differnce a shot makes it looke 50% better now should be backk in the game monday or tuesday. to bad roids dont work like antis man they are some good shi*

well today is a great day i went to the store stocked up on all the good body building foods like 5 dozen eggs sweet potatos fruit chicken tuna i spent $219 and i will prolly have to go back in ten days i spend roughly $1000 a month while on my cycle on sups and food lol so a 16 week cycle is going to cst 16,000 plus the goodys and thats like another $2000 or so sh*it so if u really think of it like that i spend close to $20,000 for a 4 months cycle go figure and i love every minute of it
