Ok, I had an amazing leg and trap workout today. My workouts have been great. Ass is still sore from the shot yesterday, no big deal

I did chest and shoulders today, It was a great workout. Last night my nips were a bit sensitive, I have no lumps but I am a bit worried, I hope gyno is not coming

Today was my day off from lifting. I am glad to say that they sensitivity to my nipples went away last night.

Last night I injected myself it was my day off from lifting. Today I did legs and traps. I am feeling stong.

I did Chest and Shoulders today, I had a great workout again. I am not sure but the last week I have been tired as hell throughout the day. I think I need to get more sleep.

been checking in here bro... keep it up.. I am on a similar one with the DBOL and Test and started around the same time as you. DBOL already giving some good stregnth. anyhow, try eating half a grapefruit everyday to help with RBC. heard PB talking about it and said Tai did a write up on it. I have been doing this since I started and I haven't gotten that tired... don't know if it helps this early, but I would give it a try. In fact I don't know if it has anything to do with it. Do you have some Hawthorne Berry Extract? That might help too.

na bro, I think a log is commendable, but I am not dedicated enough to the board to do a legit log. I might in the future... I just don't want to start a log and then not finish the reporting process. Hang in there bro I am 34 and this is my second real cycle... stay regimental in your training and diet and you will see some good results. I'll be subscribed to this one.

Last night I cheated big time, I ate about 6 lbs. of sushi...God it was sooooooooooo good.
Ok, I had another great workout, back/tri's/bi's. I did weighted close grip pull ups with 90 lbs. 3 sets of 6 reps. After that every felt great. I couple guys I know came up to me and asked "What are you taking, you look bigger" I started to laugh I said shit I wish.
The last couple of injections are no longer leaving me sore...I guess I am getting used to it.

I did chest and shoulders today, I had another great workout today. I weighed myself first thing. I am up about 7-8 lbs. it could be from the Sushi I ate this weekend. God it was soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good.
I played poker this Saturday, there were guys I have not seen in over two months and they asked if I got bigger since the last time I saw them...I said no.

The last few days I have had some great workouts. Today's workout was so awesome, the pumps were just amazing. I am still wei***ng about 218/219 lbs.

The last few days I have been slacking on posting, but my workouts have been great. Today I was dragging, I was a bit tired I did not get much sleep. My gains are going good, people have made statements about me gaining size so I am happy and I am only in the middle of my 3rd week.

Yesterday's workout was good. I did Chest and Shoulders, incline 110lbs. DB 3 sets 7 reps each and supine 120 lbs. DB 3 sets 7 reps each.
Today I did back/bi's/tri's, I didn't feel as strong, I was a bit tired.
My family is all sick and they kept me up all night. I am trying not to get sick.

Today was my first day off of Dbol , it was a good kicker, It's been 4 weeks on this cycle and I am enjoying it. My weight is the same for the last couple of weeks, 218lbs, but I am up from when I started.
I took measurements 4 weeks ago and today this morning these are all unflexed:
4 weeks ago Today
Chest: 45" Chest: 48 1/4" + 3 1/4
Arm: 15" Arms: 15 1/2" + 1/2
Quad: 26" Quads: 26 1/2" + 1/2
Calf: 16" Calfs: 16 1/4" + 1/4
The last 3 days my diet sucked, I did not eat bad I just didn't eat enough, I have been so busy that I lost track of time. So now I have to focus again on my diet.

Ok here's the deal, I caught a cold a few days ago and it's kicking my ass. My workouts are still good I am just not sleeping because I can't breath at night. I know you all will say to take a few days off and get better, I will see what I will do. Maybe take the weekend off.

I have taken the last couple of days off from lifting. I am starting to feel better but I drop some weight which really sucks. I am going back to the gym tomorrow!!!

Yesterday I did chest/shoulders and today I did Legs/trap. I felt much better, my leg shoulder has been killing me for about a week, not sure why. My weight is back up, it was lack of calories and hydration.
