    I took today off, This is a workout day for me but I have been totally busy plus I have to travel today.
    I have been feeling a little bloated resently on this cycle. Oh, well my gains are still good. I have to admit I do like this cycle. I know my next cycle will be much better.

    I have been out of town for the last couple of weeks and ran into some guys today that I have not seen in about 3 weeks. They both stated that I looked "Jacked." Feels good, today I did back/arms, I could not do Tri's the tendonidious is Fvcking killing me right now.
    My weight is 230, so that means I am up about 19lbs.

    I did chest/shoulders yesterday and legs/traps today. both workouts felt good. My elbows are still killing me. I am going to go ice then tonight.

    Yesterday I changed my workout routine, I do this every 3-4 months.
    I also did chest/shoulders yesterday and I am sore as fvck, today I did legs, I was scheduled to do traps but I could hardly walk after my leg workout. My workout partner puked is guts out, I almost did a few times. Tomorrow I have back/arms. Not sure if I will be able to do tri's. They still hurt like hell

    Had an amazing back/bi workout. I did not have time to do tri's so tomorrow is my off day and I might do tri's (light) and traps and take Sunday off.

    Oh, I am so damn tired. I had a leg workout from hell and I have no energy to do anything. Plus I did traps. My strenghts are through the roof.

    I did chest/shoulders, WOW my strengh is amazing right now. For DB incline bench I used 115lbs. 3 set for 6-7 reps and supine they only had 125lbs. and I did those for 9-10reps, 3 sets.
    It's been 2 weeks since I worked tri's I am pissed I can't work them

    Yesterday I did leg workout, it was a great workout. I have noticed more acne on my back. I going off my cycle this weekend.

    No, this is it for me for a while. I did dbol as a kicker.

    I am planning my next cycle in about 5-6 months from now. I am looking to do the same thing as Amorphic cycle but I want to add winny on my last 4 weeks of that cycle.

    Things have been going wierd for me, my workouts are strong I am getting bigger but I just dropped major body weight. Last week I was at 230 lbs. for a few days, that is a 19 lbs. increase. Over the last week my body weight dropped 6 lbs. One or two lbs. a day. I am not sure why and I am pissed.

    I did my last shot this morning. I did Back/bi's I still am unable to do tri's, damn I hate it.
    I know my weight is down but I still feel good, I was about to get in the shower at the gym today when a couple of guys I know where like damn are you on roids. Of course I denied it, I actually told them I have lost 8 lbs this last 2 weeks. I forgot to mention the other 11 I gained. So I have that going for me.
