    okay today was actually my off day but i went to gym nonetheless to do some deadlifts and abs cos i had way too much energy and was not gonna let it go to waste

    did a lot of sets of deadlifts and for interest sake i tried to max out........was easy but i have one HUGE problem up till this day, my grip strength is pathetic, i''ve tried working on it by doing seperate grip strength exercises but its still not nearly up to scratch so my deadlift is suffering hecticly..........anyone have tips for me perhaps........PerfectBeast ??? anyone??

    finished off deadlifts with 350lbs x 3 reps...........due to grip failure....
    and for the fun of it i did a perfect 400lbs lift which i would have been able to rep a few times if i didn't have such weak grip strength......

    i know its quite a pathetic number to deadlift seeing that my max bench is 330lbs for reps

    will definately be working on my deadlift a lot more

    as much as grip strength is important, heavy deads are way more important (especially during your first cycle, while your growing like a weed) than grip strength..use some wrist wraps man. do you use chalk? if not, try chalk too..a strong grip is seriously compromised when your hands are sweaty...ive never pulled anything over 400 lbs without chalk man..keep working on your grip, get it up to par with your lifts that rely on it but for now, use some assistance. at the very least get some chalk, but i would recommend using wraps.

    @thetank - thanks for the tips man......will be using some chalk next time most definately and straps if needed cos i know i can go heavier....will let you know how it goes

    Will be starting lotsa grip strength exercises when my cycle is over to get things up to scratch

    Update.....

    Weight is still the same, think i should kick up my calories a notch next week cos i didnt take into consideration that im wei***ng more now so i obviously have to eat more than when i started the cycle............will recalculate my calorie intake required over the weekend

    broke another personal best lift today, couldn't beleive it..........

    i flat bench pressed 330lbs x 8 reps today with assistance only on the last rep......in 2 weeks time i will be trying for even more.......gave me motivation to give even more effort on my cycle next week......will be taking a much deserved break this weekend cos i really need to recover, been training and eating like and animal the past few weeks

    UPDATE:

    Ok its now almost the end of the 5th week and training in general is going well.......Have been off the winstrol for almost a week now, don't feel any different though so wonder if it had any effect on me in the first place

    Seller says i should mix a few vial of Test E with the remaining Sustanon and then shoot twice a week just for the next 5-7 weeks of my cycle, what do you guys reckon?

    Will do an update on the weight tomorrow but haven't gained much, still gaining strength though and will most likely up my calorie intake even more as im not gaining fat

    Hey guys, yes im still alive and kicking hard woohoo!!!!

    Started injecting my mixture of Sustanon and Test E today, i put 4 1 ml vials with the remaining 4ml of Sust and im shooting 1ml of the mixture twice a week now......

    Will start my next round of Winny next week then for the last 4 weeks or so till PCT starts

    Finally got hold of some Nolvadex too so i wont be stuck with just the Clomid for PCT.....im so damn happy about it cos i was seriously getting worried bout doing PCT with only Clomid............Pls tell me this will be sufficient??

    I have been training really hard too and its paying off cos im getting compliments at the gym everyday from serious trainers and even had some good words from 2 competitive bodybuilders, they said i've got a ton of muscle mass for someone my age and not even 1 full cycle under my belt.........they also commented that i lost quite a bit of body fat already and that my V taper has thus become more impressive.......

    My workouts so far have been 1 week for pumps and concerntrating on really feeling the muscle and then 1 week of power lifts and trying to increase some of the bigger lifts and its been working good thus far.....

    Increased my calories by about 1000 which puts me at give or take 5000calories a day and less on weekends ofcourse when im not training....

    Still havent gained more weight but im looking bigger each week and i think its cos im losing BF......even if i keep 10lbs of quality i will be more than happy

    My workout today was

    Bent over rows , 15x30kg, 12x60kg, 10x90kg, 6x100kg
    Seated rows ........ended the set with 8x130kg
    Barbell curls 15x20kg, 12x30kg, 10x40kg, 8x50kg, 8x55kg

    Shrugs, was really tired by this point so took it easier than usual......15x25kg, 12x40kg, 12x40kg, 10x45kg

    Seated Calve raises, each set to failure.....45kg, 60kg, 75kg, 90kg, 100kg

    UPDATE:

    Today i put the vial of sust and test E in some hot water before injecting it....made it much easier!!! massaged the area with a hot towel afterwards and guess what, no pain at all yet, wish i had been doing this from the start cos i've had pain 24/7 from injections.......must say the injection pain is quite addictive even though its sore, i look forward to each injection nowadays, WEIRD!!!

    more info soon and cant wait to upload pics but just wanna wait a while longer

    glad to hear all is well..if i could help ya with the PCT question i would but thats beyond my experese...nice progress on your lifts tho bro you'll be benching in the 4's in no time.did you try using chalk or wraps for your grip? anyway continued success man i have a feeling your next pics are gonna have some freakishness to them. haha peace.

    Some updated pics for those interested, please critique me on whether there's much of a difference yet since the first pics

    And yes i know i still have fat around the waist, lots of it but that will be sorted with another cycle in about 4 months, for now the focus was purely on adding quality muscle mass without gaining any extra fat

    What do you guys recon my BF % is roughly at the moment??

    Just picked up your thread - Awesome work. Love your enthusiasm too. I agree with Tank. You started with a fantastic natural base and your lifting double the weights I can manage.

    Comparing my BF% I'd say you're 14-15% but you've lost quite a bit so far. Yer gonna look awesome after your cutting cycle. Will that be good for your rugby though? I imagine it would but I always thought Rugby players carried a bit of fat. But what do I know. Anyway, great work so far. Good luck with the PCT.

    man, you are gettin ****in jaccccckkkked!! that is some ridiculous progress..with the change in your body composition(fat loss ontop of weight gain) ide say youre more like 20+ lbs of solid gain. thats incredible...you are gonna be a serious freak in no time man. i cant say im surprised your body responded this well to your cycle tho, youve got the genes to get massive. keep kickin ass man. and thanks for the props as well..i actually just posted a thread a couple days ago with pics in it ile post the link.

    @Obro - i don't play rugby at all.........i think i mentioned somewhere that there's tons of rugby players training at our gym though but strength wise they fall pretty short...

    I did use to play tennis a few years back though LOL beleive it or not but i was weighing a good 30kg less or more.......almost took up tennis as a career but now im more than happy that i didn't, much prefer working out

    @thetank - thanks for the great words tank....i checked out your thread, you are a monster, i sure hope your injury gets better so you can go kick ass at the gym again.......i don't know what i'd do if i couldn't train, even the girlfriend gets jaelous cos she thinks that my training is more important than her........not that it's true but its definately second best on my list

    Guys i've got 4 weeks left on my cycle so im gonna be giving it my all and trying to eat even better........thanks a ton for all the compliments and advice, really pushes me to try even harder!!

    huge difference bro, looking swole on your delts and shoulders....upper chest looks way fuller and even your arms have seemed to put on a good amount of mass (forearms as well)....the part that suprises me the most though is the loss of love handles and fat in the midsection, plus your still up in weight, thats some serious dedication! Agreed your looking in the High 14-Low 16% range. Keep up the good work!

    Back to training again today after taking 3 days off as i felt that i had totally burned out and my shoulder, elbow joints, knees etc etc were all sore but what should i expect from giving maximum effort constantly for 7 weeks haha......

    Trained back, biceps and calves today and i was so happy to be back at gym, it really killed me taking off an extra day beleive it or not, more than 2 days of not going to gym gets me really hyped up and people that know me know not to tick me off then.....what can i say, im addicted to gym ......nothing beats it!!!

    Anyways it's my week of plenty reps and no maxing out.......just really working at feeling the muscle work, lotsa sets, high intensity and i think this is whats been shedding some fat in the process.......next week i do some heavy lifts again woooohoooo

    Next week i start my next bottle of Winstrol , maybe my weight will go up a bit then again cos its supposed to be a good addition if ur on a low calorie diet and even though im force feeding myself tons of food i have a feeling im still short on calories each day

    Hey guys, its been a long time since i last posted, im basically in my 9th week of my cycle, did my last shot of Sustanon /test E blend yesterday so in 18 days i will start PCT and by then i would have finished my winstrol bottle too

    No more major strength gains but i have been training consistantly and been feeling great, also still eating like a champ and getting ready to eat even more when im on pCT cos im planning on keeping most of gains nomatter what

    So many compliments from people in these 9 weeks so far, makes me even more determined to grow.....generally the ladies dont like too much muscle but i been getting compliments from them too saying my waist looks much smaller and that im looking good.....makes me feel awesome then.....buddies ask what the hell im on cos im looking like a beast haha....

    took some more pics but will post even more when im done with my PCT to show how much i did keep.

    thanks for reading my thread guys even though i didnt update much due to studies and other commitments.....

    Any recommendations on when i should start my next cycle.....next year maybe????

    Thanks a lot guys, will definately look into Deca for my next cycle but will most definately be doing another 250mg a week of Sus cycle with some winstrol again but will stack it with Deca

    Once this cycle is done im taking a 6-8 month break from anabolics....going to see if i can maintain my current size naturally for a while first

    Rested good on the weekend and had a big getogether yesterday, a family function cos it was Mothers Day but i ate like a king.......probably went way overboard quantity wise but i need a rest for todays training and the carbo load did me good cos i can't wait to hit the weights today

    Exactly 2 weeks left before i start PCT........need to get my act together cos gonna be even stricter on myself then.......will i need to change my workout routine at all?

    I have been told that i will have to eat even more then

    How long is it going to take after PCT for my testicles to get back to their normal size

    Only downside i had on this cycle was sometimes having a loss of erection during sex so cant wait till the anabolics is out of my system....i need full functionality back

    Hey Guys

    Sorry its been such a long time since i last posted but i been cramming for an important exam which is less than 3 weeks away so surfing the net has been the last thing on my mind

    Training has been going strong, doing my last shot of HCG today and also started my Nolva and Clomid today.........using 20mg of Nolva and 50mg of clomid per day

    The HCG really kickstarted me well even straight after the first shot.......one question though.....Why does the HCG injection hurt so much?....... I mean, not once did a Winny or SUs shot ever hurt nearly as bad :/

    My lifts are still going up for some reason and i've been picking up even more muscle weight even 3 weeks after the last Sus injection......that makes me a happy man indeed.......all problems with erections and sex drive have also disappeared after my 1st shot of HCG

    Will be posting some more pictures after my PCT is done.......then going to take a 4 month break if that will be sufficient and then do another cycle.....will be doing the same cycle again but gonna throw in some deca too.....can't wait!!

    Suggestions are welcome

    awsome results!

    i would say with the muscle size you are probably 15-18%. probably closer to 15% on a skinfold, but to account for the intracellular adipose it'll be up a little bit because you have a large ammount of muscle.

    it's a very noticable difference in your waist ("lovehandles"). Your taper has improved greatly and you have actually cut up quite a bit. Your body looks a lot harder than it did in the first pics.

    good job, keep up the gains.

    i had some hella injection site pain with winny also. that gear just straight hurts and makes you sore. i walked funny for a day or 2 after injections. I'll never put it in my delts ever again, only in the glutes. anywhere else and it really affected the way i functioned daily.

    it's actually 150kg for 8 reps without assistance and im currently at 160kg for 6 reps
