    day 15 & 16....rest days...just ate super clean still...watched the fights and took it easy...gonna go do a bit of cardio in the am and get a small pump on and hpope for better pics if no one is around....

    ya it scared me to from what i was reading but i had blood work done the day before my cycle and eveerything is perfect...bp taken friday morning was 118/80 so thats great and i will get post cycle blood work done....but so far i love it...my strenght is unreal and i get sick pumps, wanna train for hours, and only get slightly winded...hell i am even lookin forward to leg day, lol...i find that its not the cutter tren a is, but i think it is the 700mg prop ew that is causing a bit of water retention as well...alos my anti inflamatories for my shoulder will cause some too...once they are and my prop methy tren cycel is done i am going to bulk with it as well after a small time off and see how it goes...im kinda excited....

    Day 20...Arms..

    well i had a small problem...had some personal shit to deal with sunday night adn was off my diet, and training for 3 days...

    back on track tonight and shit is unreal still...lookin full and strong still every day a bit more...curlin 65 in each hand for 5 reps each clean....

    i am going to be adding winny to my cycle at 100mg ed, starting next week as well as PGCl to see what i can do in 4 weeks on it....

    never tried it...i am on a very high protein diet and low carb so it wont be as bad from whta i have read but only one way to find out...the PGCL and winny will help me lose bf and dry up a lot....im excited....

    Day 21....Chest....3 weeks ina dn i am still stronger i feel...had a great day, but its hard to tell as i can only do flat dumbells and they only go to 100 so after one set of 10 and one of 8 i figured i would move on, lol,....got incline bar for 275 for 5 reps no spot and felt good...not as lean as i would hope but full...i know my lean issue is cause of lack of cardio, i had good intentions but i just cant when i work so much...plus my diet is fukin spot on so i knkow its not a big deal, plus this is a nice slow cut and i aint competing so i am jyst happy to trim a bit....cant wait for my shit to come in and start the PGCl and winny...hahahha

    another great day strenght wise....didnt sleep well and my dreams are fukt...also sweating a tonne too which sucks....cant wait for the winny and PGCL to come and start in on it....

    i also upped my dose to 150mg prop and 1.5mg methyl tren ed and i sweated through my sheets last night, had a bloody nose today and my pee was neon yellow....prolly gonna go back to the regular dose, it hit me in like 8 hours...hahhaha...but i can honestly say with my diet and the mt i can really notice a diffference...

    those are some serious doses. make sure you check ur BP couple times a day. prolly had something to do with ur bloody nose. keep ur water intake hi. these are things u prolly no but every1 needs a reminder once in a while. i no i do.

    Day 25...Legs...as much as i hate leg day it sure is fun when i am getting stronger...got 3 plates on front squats for 7 and 365 for 4...which is better than last week...then did leg press, curls, and extenstions....all in all a great day for sure....might stay at the 150mg prop and 1.5mg methyl tren for a biut just for funnzies...hahahha

    i posted one in here.....i am getting my back waxed thursday night, got a haircut tonight and naired yesterday...if the gym is slow friday after chest i will get some more...i will get someone to help me...its just hard if the gym is full...im embarassed ok...hahhaha...seriously though even without pics man, i can actually see a big difference in myself especially my chest and shoulders...my arms look smaller though....

    Day 26....Shoulders...

    what a greta day...didnt wanna leave the gym and i was stronger and felt like i was gonna burst...got 225 for 6 on military press then 275 for 4...felt great...then just did rear delt flies and some other delt excersises and heavy shrugs, 3 plats for 15 3 sets and shouldve went up....i also upped my methyl tren /prop dose to 150mg prop and 1.5mg MT ed and this was day 2 of my idea/experiment and i had another nose bleed so i know the tren is really fukin with my BP but its not to bad as i got it check after work and the gains are amazing...i could actually see my rear delt popping off my shoulder....waxing tomorrrow and pics friday....maybe...

    Day 27....Arms...

    great day...got the 70 dumbells for 5 each hand with no spot and very clean...then did the rest of my workout and felt so stron and full...well i went with my 3rd shot of 1.5mg methyl tren and 150mg prop last night and i had my 3rd straight nose bleed, but the strength and pump are so insane i can handle a little bloody nose in the shower every day and my BP is still not scary high, i check again after work...so i am gonna stay at that dose for another few days...also gonna start PGCL and win ny next monday...gonna post pics tomorrow if the gym is empty and my back doesnt break out sinc ei just had it waxed 25minutes ago...

    Day 28....Chest...

    great day kind of...got the 135 dumbells on flat for 4 and thats good but i pulled something in my elbow....did 275 on incline for 4 and it felt good too...did flies at the end too...no bloody nose today so i am gonna stay at 1.5mg methyl tren and 150mg prop ed now and i also add winny at 200mg ed just for fun today...gonna run that for 30 days to dry out and get a bit stronger too...PGCL is here yet but will start asap....no pics today as the gym was packed...might sneak in tomorrow for some if i get a chance...

    Sick numbers on those flat dumbells for chest. I already knew you were strong, remember reading in another thread your flat barbell was like 405 for 8. Real cool log! I can't believe I haven't had a nosebleed yet LOL.

    day 32...legs...

    great day...got 365 for 4 good reps on front squats...then did leg press only did 8 plates a side but got 10 deep reps...then calves and leg extenstions....was beat fater that...also started my 200mg winny last friday and my back is tight from back yesterday so i know my tabs are good and cant wait to dry up....

    Day 33...Shoulders...

    weifght is staying the same but i am leaning out a bit daily even with out doing cardio but my diet is super tight and spot on eveyr day...shoulders was good today, got 275 on military press for 6 and then just did rear delts and lateral and then shrugs...my shoulder is still kinda buggin me so i am not going crazy with it yet but i will be stepping it up slowlyt...still feel good, night sweats and bloody noses have stopped since my levels have steadied from jumpin up .5ml ed so i feel greta...still get short of bretahe very easy but its all good...

    great day for sure....got 70's on one arm dumbell curls for 6 a side and then had to jump to 80's and got it 3 a side, but good no cheating...then just had a great rest of my workout...diet is still great, i hate it but i am still on it....hahaha....the winny is makin my pumps insane and i feel stronger for sure...just have to watch for joint pain....
