Week 6 Day 2 Upper Body Wednesday
Well, i woke up early today folks! So glad, actually had time to do a good ab session after my workout. Kinda pissed though cus when i showed up to the gym i realized i forgot my log book at home so just did my own thing today mostly straight sets, some burn outs
Chest: Flat Bench Press
3 warm up sets
315x6 (PB)
burn out with 135lb
Shoulders: EZ-Curl Bar Upright Rows

Tris: Cable Close Grip Pushdowns

6 sets of abs. So happy i got 315 up for 6 clean reps, perfect form and barely a spot on the last rep! Ahh, tomorrow is an off day, so need one! Im noticing this week in the gym i get fatigued very easily now. I still have the strength and stamina of an ox, just get winded pretty easy now in the gym. Is this a side of deca ? I know it is of tren and both being 19-nors i would think its a side effect of deca? If so, then i guess when i try tren ill have it too. Oh well, just got breath a little slower i guess?

Week 6 Day 5 Saturday, Lower Body
Barely had any time for the gym today, work schedule changing bi-daily now mixing me up. Just did bis/forearms/calves/abs today. Still had a good workout as usual, no more knee pains. Wanted to hit hams and quads hard especially now with no knee pain, thanks deca ! You're my only friend, haha.
Biceps: Machine Preacher Curls
2 warm up sets
120x8, 120x4, 120x3 (up 5 reps)
Forearms: Hammer Curls
2 warm up sets
60x8, 60x3, 60x3 (up 4 reps)
Calves: Seated Calf Raises
2 warm up sets
180x8 (straight set)
180x7 (straight set)
6 sets of abs
On the calves i did straight sets and probably will for standing and seated. I would have to go down close to warm up weight to do straight sets of 20-30 reps like im suppose to. I feel doing it this way will help me get more strength/size for now, working well actually.

i might have to do the low dose deca thing in my next test cycle....the test e seems to be drying out my knee joints......is that possible? i do have a history of knee surgeries in the past so knee pain is common but i was feeling great for months before i started to cycle...3 weeks in and pain started....odd...thoughts?

DOnt ask me bro, my first go with deca but yes it helps greatly for me at least. Try it at 300mg week, should do u good. Test e shouldnt dry anything out bro, u taking an ai or dht? Maybe its because you're starting to lift more and your knees are hurting from that? Either way, its gonna be a solid 5 weeks before the test e really kicks bro. Wait til then and see whats up.

I don't ever remember deca causing shortness of breath. You're right about the tren though.
But deca might be affecting your memory cause you keep leaving that log book at home. hahaha.....Just leave it at home bro. You can remember your workout till you get home. Can't you?

thanx bro, ....im just starting week 4 and have started taking l-dex for safety reasons......i havent had any singns of gyno but i feel as if im starting to bloat....but yea u r probably right in that it hasnt kicked in yet so its probably the heavy lifting.....any ways thanx for your time...continue kicking ass....

Idk, maybe the fatigue is just cus i havent done a stitch of cardio yet while on cycle, not good i know! Do as i say, not as i do, lol! Just been eating as much as i can, doin no cardio, tryin to get as swole as possible while on the orals and this first half of the cycle! As soon as i stop the orals im going to run liver supps and start up the cardio with the same bulking style diet. Still, my waistline hasnt moved at all, might even gotten a tad smaller then anything. SUrprising huh? Thats why i dont stress it so much cus i know i can burn fat when thats my goal, its gaining size is where my weakness is.

Well if ur just running it for safety reasons then id hope ur running it low like .25mg eod. If gyno pops up, id still take the l-dex at .25mg eod but add nolva at 20mg ed and i bet 7 days of that and all ur symptoms will be gone! Then stay on the l-dex at .5mg eod rest of cycle to be safe. But yeah, running it for the hell of it, just run it low. Bloat is ur friend, bloat is ur friend!

Quick Update
Have a couple workouts to still post up, will try to do so after work tonight. Didnt workout on the holiday yesterday so did mondays workout today, awesome workout by the way! Strength is still up on all lifts, seriously looked like a juiced up freak in the gym today i was so damn swole and veiny, pretty intense! All my friends at the gym are like, yeah ur on some shit. Its wayyyy too obvious at this point. I just say its the cellmass, haha!
All gyno symtpoms are gone and have been gone for sometime now. With that said, ive been on .75mg of l-dex eod and .75mg prami ed. Libido is about average, nothing special there. Proviron , not really noticing much from it, personally im not impressed with it. I know some might sayn, oh maybe its working but u dont feel it working. Im sorry but if im paying good money for something, i better feel and see it working! Since i still have a grip of it, im just gonna bump up the proviron to 100mg ed starting next week. Been on 75mg ed for awhile now and not noticing any difference from 50mg ed that i started with. This is legit schering proviron too still in the blisters. Seems overrated to me. Not worth the price if i gotta run it 100mg or higher ed to see whatever results im suppose to see from it. Oh well, u live and learn to see what works for u, seems proviron doesnt work for me.
Deca , ahhh deca. I can see the "Deca Difference" haha. Joints are fully lubed, strength is still climbing, great vascularity, no sides from it! Acne is also no-existent right now, no more pimples at all anywhere! Glad i did that course of accutane, really paid off! Gonna get some more though soon since i know regardless im going to breakout towards the end of my cycle and for sure during pct, happens everytime! Currently my cycle is looking like this:
Test500 at 500mg week
Deca at 450mg week
proviron at 75mg week
dbol at 40mg ed
anadrol at 50mg ed
hcg at 500iu week
l-dex at .75mg eod
prami at .75mg ed
Not bad huh? Synergy, yes! I am noticing a difference since i added the 50mg of anadrol to the mix, love it! Getting zero drol sides like i did when i ran it solo, noticing more strength since i added it, some more size (water i know), more pumped and solid feeling! Glad i added it to see the effects. I think for now on when i run dbol ill always run anadrol along side it, this stack is a keeper for me!

Thanks bro! Worth a try i guess, so many crave how great proviron is. Just not noticing much of anything from hg proviron at 75mg ed. The price to run higher and full cycle outweighs any benefit imo. Still, gonna bump it up to 100mg ed just cus and see whats up since i have it.

Well think about it bro. Test and whatever aas u take makes u stronger, usually very much stronger. Having some bloat (water retention) helps push that heavy weight without overstressing ur joints and what not. Now u take an ai to kill the bloat for whatever ridiculous reason (bloat is wayyy overexagerated imo!), now ur pushin heavy ass weight with little to no water retention placing more stress on ur joints causing injury over time. Imo, youll only bloat nasty if ur eating mcdonalds 3x a day everyday while on cycle bro, u need that much sugar/salt/sodium to bloat badly. Even a halfway decent diet wont bloat u out bad. Sh&t, my waist hasnt gotten the least bit bigger since ive been on cycle and every single damn compound im taking is known for bloat, test/deca /dbol /anadrol ! Only thing i see on myself is mean vascularity ive never seen before, swole and hard as a damn rock!

Havent updated anything lately since this week has been pretty crazy for me. Only trained maybe one day this week and had to take the rest off. Ill update the logs tonight after work for the past few workouts. Planning on starting up again tomorrow and starting cardio this week. Also plan on dropping the orals, today being my last day so 7 weeks total!

I know right? It was bad so i did that same routine over today. Gotta hit those wheels! Will post em up later today, made some progress. Still, appetite is crap today even after working out. Gonna start the liver supps and some taurine today and see if that helps. I was doin fine til i stacked the anadrol , instantly killed my appetite. Over that stuff now, dbol takes the cake for me!

Today i was well rested, woke up early, felt good in the gym. Noticed today in the gym i was sweating a lot more then usual on cycle, kinda weird. Maybe from deca ? Idk? Either way, still felt great in the gym and pushin that weight. Ill weigh myself tonight and see where im at but still have vascularity and good size, lovin it!

Quick Update
Today is week 8 day 6 and loving it! Since i dropped the orals ive lost literally maybe one pound of water, nothing else! Still weighing between 208-210 ed. Really want to get to at least 220 steasy by the end of this cycle and of course keep as much as possible. Also looking into cruising at a low dose of 150-200mg of test enth into my next cycle. I have all the goods like hcg so ill be good. Appetite is fully back now, no sides what so ever! Deca is treating me good, real good!
Yesterday i had a very stron lower body workout, squatted the most every yesterday! Even though its not a lot to most of u but i really never did squats, always leg press and hacks. Ill update my workout log from yesterday tonite or for sure tomorrow.
Tomorrow should be upper body, cant wait! Libido is crazy (test finally takin effect!), no sides what so ever, great cycle! Just tryin to eat even more now to make up for what i couldnt eat while on the drol, damn drol!

.25 prami gave me no sides, .5mg started given me odd sides, .75 same with no more positive effects, 1mg same with no more positive sides. So overall, if i run it again ill just stay at .5mg and only up it if i have to. Odd sides is sometimes i get super tired an hour after i take it, sometimes im all antsy/restless an hour after i take it. So i just take it 1-2hrs before bed and take my chances. Im stopping it today though and gonna take 2.5mg bromo ed and see if that gives me less sides. Ill keep everyone posted.

Havin no time to really post on here my log but will soon. Had a great workout today, loved it! Feelin and lookin huge!

Off day, hip hip horray! Feels good sometimes to have a day off from the gym. Sore from yesterdays workout, it did me good. Just eatin today gettin all my meals in. My schedule should be back to norm next week so i should be able to start crankin out the cardio then and start some t3!

Its doin me good but todays leg workout killed! Everything was bomb til i hit the hack squats. Did 3 warm up sets, even stretched, light cardio, everything u could think of to warm up my quads! On my actual working set of hacks, my right knee was killing me! I mean real bad, right in the middle of my knee cap inside! Looks like ima have to buy some knee wraps and maybe even lower the weight a bit on what my quads are pushin. Gonna try knee wraps for sure on my next lower body day and see how that goes. Sucks when ur muscles have all the strength in the world to push the weight but stupid things like ur knees are holding u back! And im only 25, wtf?!?

Week 9 Day 3 Off
Nice day off today, too bad its blazing hot! Been keeping mmy meals goin. Some days i cheat, most i dont. Even so, im sure those cheat meals help since after all, this is a dman bulk tryin to put on size as cleanly as possible. Still, ive been hovering between 208-210lbs ed since ive dropped the orals. Also stopped the bromo today, gonna try without and anti-prolac drugs. Just taking 100mg proviron ed with my injects, nothing else as far as aas goes for now.
Planning on starting t3 on monday at 50mcg and up to 75mcg, no higher then that. Just runnin it for a bit to see how i react to it since my next cycle will be a cut and will be using it. Should be interesting.

Start Cruise/Cycle Update on Changes!!!
This is where i do my max weight for just one set to try and maintain strength for the next couple weeks. During this time i will re-evaluate the program, move certain exercises around, switch some out, etc., then blast again for another 6-8 weeks trying to beat the log book. This has nothing to do with blasting and cruising on cycle or gear related, just wanted to clarify that even though realistically thats what ima do here.
Im going to run this cycle until i run out of deca which will bring me probably 16 weeks total, not sure yet. I will then contine running test at 500mg week for 2 more weeks just to keep that boost going, might extend it to 4 weeks. Then will stay at a low cruise/hrt dose of 150-200mg/week of test enth until my next cycle which will be a cutter. During this whole time of course ill be continuing my hcg protocol of 500iu/week just to be safe and will only use arimidex if needed on the cruise/hrt dose.
The point to this is to run my cycle, cruise to help maintain and further grow, use to prime myself well before i start the cut, lead me into my cutting cycle 5 months from now. After my cutting cycle i will run a strong pct and stay natty for probably the rest of next year before i cycle again, we'll see how it goes.

Week 10 Day 1 Lower Body
This is my first day with my new knee wraps. They worked very well and had zero trouble with my knees after lifting heavy on leg press and did some leg extensions after my last set of leg press for an extra burn. Still zero knee pain, no pain after the gym, no pain the next day in my knees. Great investment of $14.99!

Another Cycle Update!
Currently my cycle is looking like this:
weeks 1-6 dbol 40mg ed
weeks 4-6 anadrol 50mg ed
weeks 1-10 proviron 100mg ed (tapered up)
weeks 1-??? deca 450mg week
weeks 1-??? test500 at 500mg week
weeks 3-??? hcg 500iu week
Weeks 10-14 T3 50-75mcg ed
weeks 10-15 test prop 400mg week
Not sure on the deca/test because im going to run both like this until i run out. Currently im at week 10 so plenty of time to go. Hcg not sure because ill stay on it til i start my pct far from now.
The test prop idea i got to surge my levels up for so many weeks, see what happens. Deca/test are kicking in great now, kicking up the test to a total of 900mg/week with adding the test prop should give it a good kick for awhile.
Shot this ugl test prop today left delt, pain is reminding me of my first inject! Have used pharm grade and another ugl's test prop, both painless. This one, quite the pinch and tad swelling. Still, should be good stuff and on point which is what really matters.
The t3 is more for me to see how i react to it. Will be using it in my cutter and maybe prime so wanted to see how i reacted from it first. Starting to do some more cardio now as well so maybe help burn up some fat as well. Been 3 days now at 50mcg and feel fine.
