    Week 10 Day 2 Upper Body

    Today was a strong workout. My left delt was sore as hell though waking up but didn't effect my workout at all surprisingly. Shot my left tri today with the prop, same pain as delt, hard pinch and slight hardness to the muscle. Going to do the test prop on mon/wed/fri/sun, that protocol works good with me. Just this weeks since i started the prop on tuesday im doing it today to catch up being wednesday.

    Chest: Dips
    3 warm up sets
    115x10, 115x3, 115x2 (Again, forgot im crusing)

    Shoulders: Smith Press Behind Neck
    2 warm up sets
    205x8 (same)

    Triceps: Skull Crushers
    2 warm up sets
    105x6 (down 6 reps)

    Back Width: Pull Down Back of Neck
    2 warm up sets
    210x6 (up 5lbs)

    Back Thickness: Dumbell Rows
    2 warm up sets
    95x8 (same)

    Again, this crusing is not to go up in weight or sets. If anything, the amount of reps might go up but should not go down and if so, not by much. This is still all new to me so we'll see how it works.

    Results wise, im up 10-12lbs from when i started, vascularity x10, calves are a little bigger overall, new visible muscle in quads, hard as a damn rock 24/7, good mood/attitude, crazy libido, feel great!

    Bad sides: sweat like no other in the gym/body always warm, sleep with fan on, some water retention still even with the l-dex .5mg eod but no biggie, thats it. Only thing i can complain about really is im hot more often and need to sleep with the fan on ed.

    Week 10 Day 3 Off

    Got sick lastnite with a head cold/flu type thing. Went away before bed but woke up today with it real bad. Felt weak, sluggish, no good at all! Still got my meals in today, that wasnt a problem. Goin to work tomorrow morning so ill see how it goes. Since it will be a long day at work, dont think ima hit the gym tomorrow. For sure will go the following day. Will probably work out better this way anyways giving me an extra day off and rest after work.
    Hope this test prop gets better. Get a slight swelling and redness at the site next day but day after it goes away like nothing happened. Hope it goes away soon after my body gets back use to it.

    What's up bro? That's the major drawback with prop but it'll get better. It's been about 2 years since i've used prop but getting on it again late this month, so i'll be with ya. haha...

    Should have taken some last week when i was swole before gettin sick. Ill put some up in a few days or so. I feel much better today though and plan on hitting the gym tomorrow morning to make up for today and also get some cardio in. Maybe if the gf is home after ill have her take some. Surprised, since ive been sick i still dont look like ive lost an inch anywhere, love aas! Dreading having to pin my right tri today, ahhhh! Ima try warming the vial good before i shoot, maybe that will help with some of the pain. I mean pain i can deal with, i cant deal with not being able to bend my arm or lift my arm to scratch my head. Thats the worst part cus its swollen and red. Also looks bad if someone saw me without a shirt and my red tricep, haha!
    If i wasnt such a wuss and had my inject sites id do .5cc left tri and right tri, that way next day they look huge cus their swollen, etc! That would be some ish!
    I think its the lab though since ive used another ugls test prop as well as pharm grade, both zero pain next day after my very first ever inject of it! Thats what im comparing this to. But, maybe soon my muscles will get use to it and less swelling/stiffness will occur down the road. If not, i dont see how ima be able to train upper body.

    I must of missed why you can't hit your ass or quads. Those are the areas i usually abuse with prop cause i can handle those parts being a little more sore. Good luck man and i'll be checking in on you.

    Glutes for my bi-weekly test/deca shots, quads for hcg (couldn't imagine this prop in my quads anyways), delts and tris for prop or whatever else i want. Took three prop shots all with different methods and pain is crazy. Spoke to the seller and said to have new painless prop soon. Good thing i only had a few vials of this stuff, not that much of a waste.

    Stopped the test prop and wont have anymore in time for my little experiment. Then again, i have several vials from another ugl which ive used thats painless but want to save those since i know theyre legit and painless for my next cycle. So not gonna touch those. Talked to the source already and they said a new painless batch will be ready in a week or two. Oh well, good idea but not gonna do it now cus of this. No biggie, cycle is still goin great!
    Strength is still slowly climbing up, even while im cruising my dc workouts! Size id say in weight is the same but the mirror says even though i weighed the exact same last week, i look slightly bigger. SO idk?
    Been on t3 for 8 days now. First 7 days was at 50mcg ed and today upped it to 75mcg ed. Gonna stay at this dose for a few weeks then taper down. Ive noticed im a bit more sweaty and lethargic in the gym since starting the t3. Just want to really see how my body reacts to it and maybe lose some fat in the process even though my cardio has been sub-par lately. Will update logs soon.

    Felt strong going into the gym this day and turned out quite well. Still cruising on DC training, feels good to cruise for a few.

    Biceps: Machine Preacher Curls
    2 warm up sets
    130x8 (3 drop sets for extra burn) (up 2 reps)

    Forearms: Hammer Curls
    2 warm up sets
    60x10 (same)

    Calves: Seated Calf Raises
    2 warm up sets
    180x10 (same)

    Hams: Lying Leg Curls
    2 warm up sets
    150x8 (down 2 reps)

    Quads: Squats
    3 warm up sets
    275x8 (down 2 reps)

    For some reason after i finished calves my legs started cramping bad. I did about 10min of light/medium intensity cardio on the treadmill to try and stretch and warm them up before i hit hams and quads. Didn't make much of a difference, still got bad charlie horse's in my quads and hams. Was no fun!

    Week 10 Day 7 Upper Body

    Today i had it in my head for some reason to try and hit my flat bench max and thinking i could do 365 for 1 rep solid (deca must really be kicking in, haha). I did 3 warm up sets then 265 for 10 felt a bit heavy. So i calmed my ego down and just maxed at 335 for 2 reps solid. Felt strong throughout, noticing more of a pump and still slight strength increase.

    Shoulders: Hammer Strength Press

    Week 11 Day 1 Off

    Just did cardio first thing in the morning with 60g whey protein and about 20g glutamine in me before doing it. Just did 35min medium/high intensity on the treadmill at various speeds/inclines. Felt good and easy. Going to up it to 45min next week. Trying to do a lot more cardio now, especially on my off days. Schedule at work is going better so i can wake up a bit earlier to have time for cardio, or sleep in haha. Might as well make use of the 75mcg of t3 im taking ed. I can see and feel it working at metabolizing my food better. Either that or Deca is doing its magic because im feeling a lot more fuller as in muscle, not water retention!

    Tomorrow is lower body, knee wraps work great!

    So stoked! My source re-shipped test prop painless batch and suppose to get in in today! Gonna get 400mg in before the end of the week and continue doin it 400mg week on top of what im on for a nice burst for the next 3-4 weeks im on deca ! Should be nice!
    Anyways, i did 315 for like 6 reps i think. Wanted to test my 1 rep max to see where its at. Got 335 for 2 solid reps so i guess it kind of evens out. When i can rep 365 and max at 405, ill be a happy camper!

    Cycle Update!!!

    My source came through with plenty of painless test prop for me! Already shot 100mg (1ml) in each delt yesterday and today, nothing! No pain, not even a pinch! Feels like i never gave myself an inject! So im going to shoot up another 200mg today for 400mg total this week. starting next week i will shoot the prop 1ml every mon/wed/fr/sun on top of my regular dosing schedule of test500 and deca on mon/thur. Im also upping my deca dose to 600mg week from my previous 450mg week. I feel upping the overall test and deca for the next 4-6 weeks will give my body a good boost and shock my receptors to respond more hopefully. will also start dbol again starting monday at 50mg ed for 4-6 weeks! This should be a good shock for my body and produce more gains since ive been stuck at 210lbs for the last 4 weeks and tried eating as much as i can keeping my protein intake high and my carbs moderate/high and fats moderate.
    Will post up missed workout logs soon, goin to the gym now for upper body. Had a great lower body workout yesterday, these knee wraps work great!

    Exclamation Week 11 Day 4 Upper Body/Cycle Update

    Today was also pretty good. Can't remember anything that stood out really but solid.

    Chest: Incline Smith Press
    3 warm up sets
    275x8 (down 1 rep)

    Shoulders: Smith Behind Head
    2 warm up sets
    205x6 (same)

    Triceps: Close Grip Pressdowns (new exercise)
    3 warm up sets
    195x8

    Back Width: Did a few odd exercises, machine was takin up forever and didn't want to waste time waiting.

    Back Thickness: Underhand Barbell Rows
    2 warm up sets
    185x10 (up 2 reps)

    Zero pain from the prop today, nothing in any of my delts. Shot 2ml of test prop into my right tri today to really test it out. This is how my cycle will look like starting monday, 10/12/09:

    Test500 at 500mg week
    Deca300 at 600mg week
    Test Prop at 400mg week
    Dbol at 50mg week

    Will do this for the next 4-6 weeks, probably just 4 weeks though. I think this will give me a good boost before i end this cycle and start cruising at 200mg/week of test enth until my next cycle a few months away. This will help me break past where im at now, help maintain as much of that muscle as possible, prime my diet leading into next cycle while maintaining muscle mass, glide right into my cutting cycle of test prop/npp and not sure what oral yet or how. After this cutting cycle i will do a rigorous pct and probably be off for awhile. While cruising i will also stay on my hcg course of 500iu/week until i do pct after my next cycle.

    Wink Week 11 Day 5 Off

    Today is sunday, off day. Feel and already see a difference in size today. Will weigh myself a few times throughout the next few days and see if i avg past 210lbs yet. Been eating enough protein too since i dont want to stack the carbs too high since this is a clean bulk.

    Friday was my first shot of 300mg deca from my regular dosing of 225mg/shot. Will run the deca at 600mg/week until i run out of deca probably or when i hit the 16week mark on deca. Don't see real need to go past 16weeks on deca unless the gains keep coming of course. But do be honest, im seeing more gains as in the last couple days and its end of week 11 already. Might just see more gains down the road, especially upping the dosages on all and bringing back the dbol ! Should be good!

    Week 11 Day 7

    Today was a lazy day. Woke up early but was gloomy as hell out and just had that lazy stay inside feel of a day. So i did so. Making the finishing touches to my dc routine for another blast of a good 6 weeks probably. This will be my last week cruising on DC, will start beating the log again next week.
    Should work out perfect since i have about 6 weeks of dbol /deca /test500/test prop to use and will be blasting on DC training as well. Then ill be at a trt dose of 150-200mg/week of test enth (still shot 2x week for stable lvls) until my next cycle which will be a cutter.
    Everything seems to be going to plan for the most part. Im steady at 210lbs, bf hasnt gone up much if at all since my waist is the same if not smaller! Notice for sure some water retention though even with .5mg of l-dex eod. Then again, who knows how accurately this l-dex is dosed. No real negative sides to speak of either. Somewhat more oily skin then normal but ive only had maybe 3 zits since i started this cycle! Going to order accutane though soon just in case when the 400mg of prop a week and the upped dose of 600mg deca kicks in, acne might follow. Rather be prepared then not.

    Quick Update

    Im still doin my thing and doin my logs, just havent had much free time to update everything on here. Work schedule has been crazy along with a few personal things so its been effecting my workout schedule and not loggin on here but its getting better, i think.
    Still weigh an avg of 210lbs ed, feel solid as hell, feel great actually! Im about 7 days deep now on the dbol at 50mg ed and 900mg test a week with my 600mg deca a week. I get the extra 400mg of test a week from my test prop shot 100mg eod. Will try and update tonite after work, should have time.
    Overall, workouts are still progressing, weight has been hovering but appearance in the mirror changes weekly! Feel and see some water retention in lower abs which sucks and some possible fat gain from my hectic schedule and not spot on eating for the past few days but better then not eating!
    Still, with everything said i still feel im on grack with my goals. Personally, i dont want to be much bigger then 210lbs. It gets uncomfortable at times bein this big (i know, many swear 210lbs isnt big for some standing 5'10"). Being solid as hell at 210, gets uncomfortable at times. Still, im gonna try and gain as much more size and strength as i can while on deca and high dose test for the next probably 4-5 weeks.
    Then i will "end" the cycle but will stay "on" test enth at 200mg/week to cruise/maintain/keep gains until my next cycle. Will also stay on hcg as i am now at 500iu/week which seems to be doing me good so no reason to adjust the hcg dose.

    Quick Update/T3 Review!!!

    Sorry for all the lame updates. Just cus im slackin on the log doesnt mean im slackin at all on my cycle. Just started school this week and work has picked up a lot and my schedule has been changing week to week really messing up my training routine! This week i was only able to train once so far, might be able to train again on friday then monday i should be ok from then on out if all goes to plan with school/work.
    Dbol is kicking in nice again, feeling more solid, strength still slowly going up, feel hard as a damn rock! Wish there was a legal supp that u can take to feel and look like this year around, fu@kin love aas!
    This is my second week on 900mg test and 600mg deca . Still havent noticed much change yet but for me test prop takes a good 2 weeks to start kickin. Im only gonna run these dosages until i run out of deca which should be about 4 weeks away from now i think. Once i run out of deca ill lower the test to 500mg/week (cutting out test prop) and stay on that til i have a full 6 weeks use of dbol. Then i will cut down to 200mg/week of test enth and cruise for a bit.
    My t3 review:
    I started out at 50mcg ed from day one since ur body already produces around 25mcg naturally, why shut it down to produce the same amount? I stayed on 50mcg for about 12 days, then went up to 75mcg for about 12 days, then back down to 50mcg for about 5 days. Overall it was about 4 weeks total.
    I did this soley because i had a ton of t3 on hand and wanted to see how my body reacts to it since my next cycle will be a cutter and i will be using it then for its purposes. All i noticed, having the runs everyday! No bs here! I would eat, 20min later have brown water out my ass, eat and 20min later same effect! Mind u my diet was the same as before t3 so it must have been t3 doing this which sucks! Same effect for me at 50mcg and 75mcg, no changes. I did not notice any loss of strength that most report, no extra body heat, just the runs!
    I didnt do much cardio while on t3 cus of my hectic schedule i dont really have an extra 45min a day to run/jog/whatever unless i get 45min less sleep everyday. I figure 7-8hrs sleep ed is more important then 6hrs sleep and jogging for 45min. Could be wrong but trying to GROW on this cycle so sleep is well needed, REM sleep at that!
    Since ive stopped the t3 (about 3 days ago), almost instantly my crap is solid and normal as it should be and a lot less frequent! Ive noticed being on cycle even just test, causes me to crap twice, sometimes 3x a day. Off cycle its more like once a day, maybe twice. On t3, its after every meal and usually watery, nasty! Glad im off the t3 now, haha!

    I think this day i finally rellized im gettin too strong too quick for my elbows to catch up. My elbow muscles really need to bulk up, haha! No more dips here on out, too much stress in bis and elbows for me. Gonna replace it with good old flat barbell bench press!

    For me i was surprised as hell at my squat. Im not a huge squatter but thought id only get a few reps. Did all 8 ass to the floor shoulder stance too, was so dead! For now on though i will only be doing leg presses for strength/size for my quads! Hack squats kill my knees the worst and squats are for sure second to worse. My knee wraps work great for the time being of course, then hours later and next few days i feel i have knees of a 70yr old!     Another strong workout for me i felt and looking more vascular for sure/harder.

    Exclamation Week 14 Day 1 Off

    Yeah baby, time to finish this out! Heres pretty much what my cycle is looking like so far to get people up to speed:

    weeks 1-4 Test ace 400mg (100mg eod kickstart)
    weeks 1-6 Dbol 40mg ed
    weeks 1-10 Deca 450mg
    weeks 1-10 Test 500 @ 500mg
    weeks 1-8 Proviron 75-100mg ed
    weeks 3-? HCG 500iu/week (2 250iu shots e3d)
    weeks 1-13 l-dex .5mg eod
    Second Part:
    week 10-? Deca 600mg
    week 10-? Test 500 @ 500mg
    week 10-? Test Prop 400mg (100mg eod)
    week 10-14 Dbol 50mg ed
    week 13-? Arimidex .5mg eod
    Deca treated me well so decided to bump up the dose for a bit til i run out. Only sides is oil skin but only a couple pimples since being on cycle. So glad i ran an accutane cycle before, obviously helps in the long run!

    The test, well i really haven't notice much yet since i upped it. Well i have i guess like sex drive is higher then when i was on 500mg/week (which was still high!), feel pumped/vascular all day, feel like i can lift a house even on an empty stomach, just stuff like that i guess.

    Dbol i got zero sides at 40mg ed and it treated me very very well while on it! So this time i wanted to try 50mg ed and see if theres a difference or not. Really, i feel the same as on 40mg ed except no i get random headaches but can also be from upping my test/bp. Probably just gonna run the dbol for 4 weeks like this then liv52 for 4 weeks.

    Arimidex i started about 5 days ago. This is not l-dex but real pharm grade arimidex. This stuff kicks! I figured the l-dex i got was bunk or way underdosed and this real pharm grade arimidex proves it for me! I started the arimidex at 1mg eod for first 3 doses then now at .5mg eod. I feel and look a bit dryer and my weight has only dropped a couple pounds, still feel pumped all day long! Stuff works great so far. Mainly using it to control estro and water since im badly gyno prone, sucks!

    Will post up pics within a week hopefully, for sure before i drop the dbol just to get the full effect of course. There is a difference for sure imo of what i look like now compared to start of log pics. I feel i look bigger, vascular, dryer then before pics, at least thats what the mirror shows!
