    Way I see it you have 2 choices...send what you need ahead or skip the week and pick up ASAP. Thats not great but I you wont really see any true loss...maybe a bit of a down feeling mid to late week!

    Kind of where I am right now. Don't want to risk traveling with it at all.

    From what I am discovering Belgium you need a scrip, I've also read that they're not that strict and you can possibly buy OTC. I can't find any solid in stone info on it though.

    I will most likely pin the day I leave and start as soon as I get back even know I don't like the idea of that.

    If I would have known of this trip before hand I would have waited to cycle, popped up recently for work though.

    I dont care what advise about hiding gear while flying that some might give...no way I risk it on an international flight!

    Had great chest day, I'm not even going to put that my workouts are the best recently because I'll be putting them in every
    entry. Strength is through the roof and everything is great, just feeling on cloud 9 right now. Been eating good lately and
    pre-cooked all my meals for work tomorrow. Like i mentioned to, getting a lot of attention from woman recently and that has been a big boost. Really looking to crush this week, having an old friend coming up to visit the middle for this week, haven't seen her in a while .

    Week 5 Day 31 Modnay (Dec 3) - Prami .6mg Aromasin 12.5mg - 204.2lbs

    Another great workout, feeling pretty good, starting to get a cold though. Slept decent tonight for once and sweat my ass off again. Hadn't had a tren cough in 4 days but had a mild one last night. Hopefully I feel better before I leave this weekend. Still eating good. I was eating some protein plus bars I forget the exact brand name but they have been messing up my stomach lately. Stopped eating those probably because they have lactose in them most likely, my protein shakes have to be 100% iso whey. Will see how I feel after cutting them out today. Not a whole lot else to report, everything is going good and looking good. Ever there was anything I wish I could change it would be my amount and quality of sleep, but I'll take what I can get.

    I'm having some digestion issues, mostly the animal protein. I am associating it to the tren . I've heard others say that Tren has given them digestive trouble. Just a thought!

    That's a good point. I'm going to cut out these bars from my diet and see if doesn't fix things up a bit here.

    If you have not tried, look into getting some digestive enzymes for the digestive issues.

    I was going to look into that If my diet didn't fix it up. Cutting out the bars helped, I was "flowing" well and often today .

    Slept like shit last night, maybe got 1 hour in. Completely restless and my back was killing me when I woke up. Caught myself dosing off at work. I should really take a rest day but I'm going to travel here in a few days and will take a day off at that time so I want to get my workouts in. Workouts are really good still and strength is out of control, the sleep is just starting to get to me. Feeling great though and noticing no real bad sides besides the sleep. Even taking my zzzquil I still wasn't able to sleep. Usually I have a few crappy nights then a really good night of sleep so hopefully this next one is good.

    I can't take work off man or else I totally would haha.

    It's not so bad, just the no sleeping part sucks, these strength gains and training sessions are all worth it .

    Week 5 Day 33 Wednesday (Dec 5) - Prami .6mg Aromasin 12.5mg - 205.1lbs

    Had great leg day, hit all personal bests and felt like an animal. Sleep is still terrible and maybe got 1 hour last night.
    I will eventually have 1 good night if these nights keep dragging, that's what usually happens. Diet has been solid and not
    noticing any bad sides. My sexual endurance has sky-rocketed it's insane. Just need some sleep and I will be on cloud 9.

    Week 5 Day 34 Thursday (Dec 6) - Prami .6mg - 202.3lbs

    Weight is getting hard to gain, I'm eating a little over 4000 cals and still cannot break 205lbs which is ridiculous. I even
    cut out cardio and only do it once a week. I'm assuming this is just the Tren working against me trying to bulk and it's getting somewhat frustrating. I can up my cals but Ill be getting into levels of around 5000cals which is already hard for me to shovel down 4000. What needs to be done needs to be done though. Going to really focus on hammering more food down this upcoming week. Almost forgot, got the greatest sleep last night, a solid 10 hours of deep sleep. I can always tell I got good sleep because I wake up feeling like I'm on top of the world and I have the weirdest dreams when I sleep heavy. Good sleep led to a beast chest workout. Put up all personal best on the chest lifts which are getting to areas I've never gone before. This cycle is a success and meeting my expectations for now.

    Week 5 Day 35 Friday (Dec 7) - Prami .6mg Aromasin 12.5mg - 205.0lbs

    Last workout before my business travel. Did some Back and Biceps and once again had unreal strength and an even better back workout. Haven't had a rest day in a while but trying to truck through this week because I know I will be loosing some time and days or so when I travel all the way to Europe. Not experiencing any sides, I really need some sleep though, it is getting pretty brutal and I can tell my body is begging for some rest and quality sleep. Diet is solid and been eating great. Really just going to focus on staying disciplined for this week in Europe.

    Week 5 Day 36 Saturday (Dec 8) - Prami .6mg - 205.2lbs

    Traveled all day today and didn't sleep last night. Fell asleep on the plane a bit but my back is murdering me from sitting
    in a crappy plane seat for over 10 hours. Crappy food but I had some stuff saved to scrape me through the plane ride. They
    surprisingly had chicken breast with green beans and sweet potatoes on the plane ride which I enjoyed . Finally when I arrived in my hotel I literally collapse on the bed and just woke up right now. It is technically Sunday night here now but I got solid 8hours in a woke up in a swamp of sweat and a big smile. Going to stay on this new time change so won't workout Sunday and sleep all day again. Feeling 10x better after that sleep, really needed it.

    Literally swamped with work out here gents, So I apologize but I am not going to be posting daily updates until I return to the states.

    I will pop in from time to time and report how I am feeling or if anything changes but as for the daily weight and such I will not be posting up.

    Right now I am adjusting to the time change, but sleeping well. Usually wake up after about 8 hours and can't go back to sleep, just happy I'm getting 8 hours. Caught up on sleep these past few days.

    There is a gym and down the street that I will be checking out later tonight. Diet is staying clean .

    I'll be back in the states in less then 48hours, can't wait!

    I'm still feeling good, no down feelings and I'm eager to get back into my routine and crush it, it's all I've been thinking about.

    I get in late Saturday night and my girl is picking me up so I probably won't be back in the gym till Sunday. Havn't seen my girl in a while, she's in for a world of hurtin!
