JB'z 8 Week Prop-TrenA Blast
Whatsup guys,
Going to start this a little late because some people have been asking me about it so you can follow along now. I started last Saturday when my gear arrived. I've been keeping a daily personal log as I do with all my cycles and I'll share it with you on here.
Sorry I'm making this short and sweet but I've been feeling like a turd lately, so if you have any questions just ask!
Looking forward to have some of you guys support me through this first Tren run of mine, would really love some vet/knowledgeable support. Especially right now since I feel like this Tren is bending me over .
Here's my diet I'll be running. Some days I'll include a footlong with double meat and egg white patties no cheese all veggies on wheat bread.

Week 1 Day 1 Saturday (Nov 3) - Prami .5 - 184.0lbs
First pin of Tren and Test yesterday, going with 75mg Tren ED and 50mg Prop ED. Had a little bit of a pip but not much. Beensleeping like shit lately probably because im on an air matress and have no blanket. Mind is perfect, having great workouts and diet is on point. Everything set to rock, looking forward to this cycle starting up. going to take aromasin at 12.5mg EOD
starting tommorow. Will eventually up my Prami dose by 1mg ED soon.
Week 1 Day 2 Sunday (Nov4) - Prami .5 - 187.0lbs
Jumped up probably from water weight. Pinning is becomming regular and routine. Ate a little off of the diet yesterday but I
was constantly on the go. Going to keep my foods on point and clean this next day. Workouts have been solid and on point. The Prami makes me feel like shit before bed but it's the best time to take it oh well. Going to start my aromasin today and dose it every Monday-Wednesday-Friday. Unless estro gets high. Woke up with morning wood once again, not sure if related, should be feeling most effects by the end of this week.
Week 1 Day 3 Monday (Nov5) - Prami .5 Aromasin 12.5 - 187.7lbs
Weight still slightly going up, I have a few extra meals here and there even know im eating 3000cals i feel like im always
trying to eat. pinned chest today and doesnt really hurt at all, hoping this gear isnt bunk. Also took stane and will contiue
to take every MWF. Workouts have been extremely brutal and want to keep it that way, will have rest day the whole day this upcomming day. Looking pretty lean in the morning with all the water out, and when im a bit bloated is when i look big. No morning wood but was a bit stronger in the gym last night, maybe just from eating properly.
Week 1 Day 4 Tuesday (Nov 6) - Prami .5 - 192.7lbs
Weight up again, I think it's because I havn't shit and I've been eating extra out of my diet. Going to focus on eating more
veggies this upcomming day and less protein shakes. My gas has been brutal and I think its the protein shakes. Have a busy
day comming up so this will possibly be my last day eating out, or at least for a few days. Even at this weight I am looking
lean and look bigger. Tren not supposed to kick in physically until about week 2, can't wait. Not feeling much now, just some
confidence but could be because im in the position im in.
Week 1 Day 5 Wednesday (Nov 7) - Prami .5 Aromasin 12.5mg - 190.0lbs
Weight down a bit, had massive leg workout and finally get a bunch of water out of my system. Pinned my quad but was to puss to pin it with tren. Diet is still going good, i feel a bit more confident and almost like im back to being in asshole mode
so im kinda started to watch it. Im looking good in the mirror to, cant wait for a few more weeks. Not much else to report,
need to get thru this weekend with hard workouts and good 2 a days. Forgot to add yesterday and tonight I had sweats that covered up the whole bed, not sure if it's night sweats? My whole mattress was soaked.
Week 1 Day 6 Thursday (Nov 8) - Prami .5 - 189.0lbs
Weight down, felt like utter shit yesterday. Was completley lethargic draggin ass and felt like I had a cold almost. Cranked
out a brutal workout last night and just felt awful. Couldnt get any cardio done but just mangaed to walk. Couldn't really
lift to heavy either. Had a killer headache and fever before bed, had troulbe sleeping despite taking 4 zzquils and prami,
didnt really sweat much last night though. Going to get about 2 gallons of water in me today to flush out this shittyness.
Never pinnding my quad again either, shit is soar and it hurt going in, almost could be the cause of my shittyness. hopefully
tommrow is better.
Week 1 Day 7 Friday (Nov 9) - Prami .5 Aromasin 12.5mg - 191.0lbs
Weights up a little. Felt like shit again when I woke up, just feeling lethargic and draggin ass even after caffeine. Still
feel a bit weak as well and my appetite has gone in the shitter. I'm not sweating really at all even when I do cardio, going
to concentrate and shoot to get 2 gallons of water in me to get everything flowing. Also going to increase my Prami to 1g
starting tommorw. Hopefully these sides get a bit better, and I'm really looking to enjoy and sleep Sunday for my day off.

Weights up again, feeling a bit better. My pin spots are starting to kill, looking forward to the day off on Sunday. Had a
solid chest workout and felt good. Might go get some cardio in on my day off, not sure yet. Will see how I feel. Even know I'm gaining weight, I'm looking leaner and fuller in the mirror. Looking forward to start feeling the effects a little more heading into week 2.

I'll check it out. I've pinned Test E subq before and didn't react very well.
The pain isn't that bad, the areas that I pin are just tight, makes it hard to lift. I'm doing a good job of pinning muscles that I don't train the next day though. After the first week I just feel like an ol pin cushion again lol.

why prami and not caber? You have to be careful on Prami it will make you feel like ass if you take too much! I would lower your dose a little maybe to .25 or lower. Use a little more AI than you usually do to keep estrogen at bay and you should not have any prolactin sides.

I've used both Prami and Caber in the past. This is my first run with Prami with Tren . I don't feel to bad of sides unless I get up to 1g. Even then I get very mild nausea and drowsiness, so I just take before bed.
.25 would be to low, Ide rather be on the safe side while running Tren. Keeping it at .6 for now and will boost up to 1g if anything gets funny.

Are you going for a lean gain cycle? or are you going to ramp up your calories as the weeks progress for a full-on bulk? Watching closely, I am going to take my first trip on the tren -train in Dec. Keep up the good work.

Lean gain, eating all clean foods. Every other week Ill have a full cheat day to mess with my metabolism. Eating about 600+ cals over maintenance. The weight gain has been perfect so far. I will have to adjust my diet to include more foods probably around week 4 when I put on new weight.
Good luck man. Like in my logs I've been gaining weight and still keeping that lean look, I'm still not even 2 weeks deep though so I havn't gotten the best of it.

Week 2 Day 9 Sunday (Nov 11) - Prami .6 - 193.7lbs
Weight floating around 193lbs. Had day off today and ate like a horse. Even know I'm up to 193lbs I can still see my abs in
the morning and keeping a lean look. Before I go to bed though after all my meals they're usually harder to see. I am still experiencing hot flashes and feels like I get a fever every once in a while. Didn't go to bed till late last night and felt like I still had a lot of energy. If it wasn't for the zzzquil mixed with the prami there would be no way I could get any sleep. My sleep is very soft you could say, like i wake up often and very easily. Looking forward to a beast leg workout on monday to get things kickstarted for the week.

Week 2 Day 10 Monday (Nov 12) - Prami .6mg Aromasin 12.5mg - 193.7lbs
Weight around the same. Had one of the best leg workouts I've had in a while. The pumps were a little more intense then usual strength is up a little but nothing crazy. Having weird dreams, little night sweats but nothing crazy. Sleeping decent, still waking up periodically throughout the night to piss, seems like i piss every hour. Have back and bi's this upcoming day and get a little cardio in. Need to tighten up the diet, between work and my car breaking down things have been a bit hectic. I do feel more confident and aggressive, a bit impatient at times to. Libido is definitely up. I feel as If I'm feeling the test a bit more then the tren . still early in the cycle though.

Week 2 Day 11 Tuesday (Nov 13) - Prami .6mg - 194.2lbs
Weight up again. Ate pretty good yesterday and went to the store to stock up on food for the rest of this week. The weight has gone up and I still look lean as when I started. I don't know how many times I've already said this but it really is the most noticeable thing to me right now. Not much noticeable strength gains or sweats. I slept pretty horrible last night, very restless and maybe only got a solid 3-4 hours of sleep in and constantly waking up throughout the night. Might get a nap in before I train today. Had a solid back and bi's day, next will be shoulders/traps with some ab work.

Week 2 Day 12 Wednesday (Nov 14) - Prami.6mg Aromasin 12.5mg - 197.0lbs
Weight up probably because I ate a bit late last night before I went to bed. Left the house around 5am an didn't get home
again till around 9pm. Between work and my time at the gym it's just been go go go. If anything my endurance has gone up and i've been having killer pumps every since my leg workout. Did delts today and the pumps were almost unbearable. Even when I did some cardio PWO i was getting killer pumps in my calves and legs. Have tommorow off from work so I'll be able to get some good sleep. Diet has been perfect these past few days. Everything seems good at the point im at now. May have to adjust my diet once I get above 200lbs or so to include more food. Will cross that bridge when I get there.

Week 2 Day 13 Thursday (Nov 15) - Prami .6mg - 196.2lbs
Slept in today so weight went down a bit and I didn't eat late. Still happy with my weight from when I started I'm gaining
about at the pace I would like to. Had a decent chest workout with tri's today, except my chest from the pin was having an
effect on the quality of my workout. Strength is up, I was able to hit a PB on my bench and I'm only 2 weeks in. These are the strength gains I was waiting for. They're not mind blowing because Im back lifting about how much I was on ym last cycle. Will try and up the weight and go for all new PB's next week perhaps. Taking a day off on friday and sleeping and eating. I feel great after a day off and I havn't taken one since last Sunday. Feeling good, just mild night sweats and weird dreams. waking up about every few hours throughout the night. Other then that no big problems.

Hey JB do you have a hard time falling back to sleep or do you toss and turn? I'm wondering how effective the OTC sleep aids are when on tren . I work crazy hours sometimes and can usually grab a solid 5to 6 hrs. sleep when taking "simply sleep" or taking a few benadryl.

I wake up about every few hours so my sleep is a bit restless. Falling back to sleep isn't much of a problem though.
I've been taking "Zzzquil" ever since I started the cycle and it has been helping a lot. Plus on top of that I take my Prami dose before bed which makes me drowsy. I actually think the Prami aids in my restless sleep to be honest but it does make me drowsy.

Week 2 Day 14 Friday (Nov 16) - Prami .6mg Aromasin 12.5mg - 197.4lbs
Had a pretty good day off. The diet could have been better. Had 1 cheat meal in which I always do on my day off. Only thing I did on day off was some cardio. Played a bunch of games of bball with some guys at the gym, great cardio. I have legs the this upcoming day. Had some of the best sleep I've had this entire cycle last night. Fell asleep really early in the night and got about a solid 10hours of sleep which is great. Still having mild sweats at night when I'm sleeping. I noticed after a few games of bball yesterday it was more difficult to catch my breath and I was coughing. Not sure if this is directly related to the Tren but my cardio has been noticeably worse. Looking forward to legs on Saturday.

Week 3 Day 15 Saturday (Nov 17) - Prami .6mg - 196.4lbs
Got a pretty bad tren cough after injection today, couldn't stop coughing for about 20mins and my throat felt like it was on
fire. Also first night without zzzquil and it didn't go to well. Couldn't sleep at all and I had to run to the store at around 1am to pick some up. Was able to fall right asleep after i took it. At night when I couldn't fall asleep I had a huge rush of anxiety and my heart was racing, not a good feeling. I can really tell it's hitting me now. Ended up going to the gym around 11pm just to do calves and forearms with some ab work because I couldn't fall asleep.
