Monday 2/10/2014 ct'd
SO the workout was insane. Like throw up in the parking lot insane. 2 warm up, 2 working sets per exercise. % exercises total. Working sets to total failure and beyond with assisted forced reps AND negatives.
My supp regimen continued. 2 more doses of 5mg dbol, 12.5 more mg stane, .5mg prami, 5mg melatonin. I finally felt like I got a good nights sleep. Very minor night sweats (shirt was pretty wet with sweat) compared to high dose tren where sheets need changed daily.
All in all a good day. My damn legs are still throbbing this am.

Woke up and banged Primo, took 5mg dbol ,12.5mg stane, 3mg cialis. Im making my protein shake right now. Its 50gr vanilla with pecans, 1/4 cup oats, banana, pineapple and blue berries. I will take NAC at 1200mgs and RYR at 250mgs.
Today is shoulders. Ill update my meals in the "What are you eating right now" thread and update here post workout.

Tuesday 2/11/2014 ct'd
Just ate a bucket of oatmeal with 6 egg whites and protein powder and pecans and a little honey. Took mid day dose of 5mg dbol. Getting ready to workout soon Ill prob take 3mg albut pre workout today as well. Ill update post workout.
Tuesday 2/11/2014ct'd
So I took albut ppre workout. Did my usual Shoulder workout, with my shoulder press workaround of using low weight to failure on that exercise alone. The rest of the exercises were 2 warm/2working sets. Working sets to total failure, forced reps&negatives finishing each set. Upright Rows, Side, front,rear lateral. Washing my hair this am was a chore so I must have hit it pretty hard. Took my final 5mg dbol dose , took .5mg prami and 5 mg melatonin pre bed. Slept well again. Finally getting good rest. Making a big overall difference in quality of my day as well as workout quality.

Snow messed me all up. No workout. Normal rest of day. took 2 more 5mg dbol doses , 12.5 mg stane, .5mg prami and5mg melatonin..
Diet was sharp and on point.

Damn snowstorm still going. Theree will be no gym today. Pissing me off.
Got u banged prino test,deca ,tren . Took 5mg dbol , 12.5 mg stane, 3mg cialis.
Just drank protein shake with fruit and nuts..first meal of day. Ill be sure to get my cals in and keep my supps on track till I can get back to gym tomorrow.
Ill do 2 more 5mg dbol doses , 12.5 more mg stane, .5mg prami, and 5 mg melatonin. Ill also take 1200mgs NAC and 250 mg Red Yeast Rice (chinese). I may update how the eating is going later. If not this will be it till tomorrow since no workout due to freaking blizzard.

I started off at 202lbs/14%bf. Im not going to check or announce my stats till after i get my blood work results back. I go for blood work on the 19th and it will take 48 hrs to get results so next Friday Ill officially check and announce my stats. Im really not running that much gear per se. Its 2grams of gear/week but its 4 diff compounds. The only higher end dose imo is the deca the rest are really minimal IMO.

can't wait to see the progress. your diet and workouts look spot on.
anything you can share about your experience with the deca would be much appreciated. I was thinking of adding it to a future cycle; but I still have much to learn about using 19-nor's effectively and managing sides. I was always scared of how hard and how long they shut you down (especially deca), but after I saw how low my natural test already is, I don't have near as much to fear as I thought.

Well your talking to the right guy re deca . I leterally run it every cycle. Sometime only at 150-200mgs/week, but literally every cycle. I love it. It makes me feel amazing and i get fantastic gains on it. When you get it up around the 600-800mg/week mark its pretty damn amazing , esp at 800 (for me anyway). The precuations I take are making sure I stop it earlier than other substances in cycle and I extend my pct to 6 weeks. Those things along with hcg on cycle seem to help. Oh dammit that remonds me I havent been logging my hcg shots! I do them 2x/week at 250iu's each shot.

Standard start to day. Banged Primo, 12.5mg stane,5mg dbol , 3mg cia. Protein shake with oats and walnuts for breakfast. About to take next 5mg dbol and eat ground turkey meatload. Its 12 oz ground turkey, 2 egg whites, salt,pepper,onion powder,garlic powder, teaspoon mustard,teaspoon ketchup, 1 cup oats. I make it into 2 large patties and cook in overn covered in tomato soup for 1hr 15mins at 350 degrees. It tastes AWWESOME. Im about to eat one load and a bag of frozen broccoli drizzled with olive oil.
Ill update later after my workout. My split is all féd up from snow last 2 days. Back and Bi's today.

The recommendations regarding how much test with how much deca seem all over the place. I was first thinking 500/500 each week. Then considered 400 test and 600-750 deca. I'm still months away and totally enjoying my test-only cycle but trying to study up and get an idea for what would work best down the road.

Mess of a weekend. This weather is killing me. Supplementation and diet on point but weather keeping me from workouts. I did legs yesterday. Had no spoter so relied on smith machine and plate loaded leg press and hack squat to be able to go to failure. It was a deceent workout but noot like usual. Today Ill be doing shoulders.
This am woke up and banged primo, took 5mg dbol , 12.5mg stane, and 3mg cia. Im making protein shake now and will take 1200mgs NAC and 250 mgs chinese RYR. I will update later. This weather is getting me disgusted but I wont let it beat me. Im just going to make the most of the time I am able to spend at the gym.

No problem. The key is managing estrogen. Control your e2 to manage sides and at least have prami on hand if not take it. Im taking 800mgs deca /week and I take .5mgs prami daily at night before bed with some food in my stomach. Start off at .25 for a week and then after a week up it to .5mg. For me deca is a phenominal steroid . My body feels amaazing when I take it. Anyway any other ?'s or anything just ask bro.

So my day started normal. Banged primo, took 5mg dbol , 3mg cialis, 12.5 mg stane. Also added sublingual b12 in from arr-took 1000mcg. Had vanilla protein shake with fruit and nuts. took 250iu's hcg .
Today will be chest at gym. No w/o partner today so I will prob rely on smith machine to do some exercises I normall do with free weights. ill update post workout. Im getting ready to take 2nd 5 mg dbol dose and also taking 250mg Chinese Red Yeast Rice abd 1200mgs NAC.

Enjoy chest day! Its tough to go to failure without a spot. I use the smith machine or dumbell drops for bench-type stuff. Last week, I substituted pec deck for flys and felt like I got a lot out of it.
I like the arr b-12. Tastes damn good (but the NAC smells real bad - lol).

Jimmy, glad your cycle is going well besides for the damn weather! I'm sure your bloodwork will checkout just fine. You being a deca fan, how do you like NPP? I've never ran it before (always ran Tren A instead) but I'm thinking about throwing it in my upcoming cycle with test prop. Thinking about running the test at 500 and the npp at 500. Planning on lean bulking.

Hey thanks for posting! Yes I will post my BW and progress stats on Monday. The labs are backed up due to the weather so Dr's Office said BW results wont be in till Monday afternoon (normally would have been today). As soon as I get them Im gonna post up the BW and my new stats. Im pretty stoked. I havent even checked out anything stat wise , didnt even look at Dr's when they weighed me Wednesday! lol...

Yeah I think youll like the NPP, if you like deca that is. Same type deal. People say less water retention but i didnt notice that. It was exactly the same just more frequent injections. I liked having it kick in so quickly. Thats the one downside to deca is that it takes a while to really start powerfully contributing to your gains. Not so with NPP.

hey buddy glad things are goin well for you...I kinda wanted to chime in to say thank you have made me rethink my views of deca and that its time to give it another chance...I feel I was so anxious to get to tren I only tried 1 deca cycle to test the 19nor waters then strait to tren for the last few years...I didn't give it a chance, I didn't experiment with higher doses just one and done...im tired of feeling like shit on tren even if it makes me look great id rather feel the awesome with deca and feel really good both physically and mentally...not saying im done with tren cus im on it now but yea its time for a change...thanks again bro...rock on with your bad self...

So today is blood word and stats day. The Dr office opens at 1 today so ill have my bw resukts this afternoon. Ill post BW and Stats. Im very stoked. I think things are going very well but number dont lie. Hopefully they are going just as well on the inside with the BW results!
Started off the day as per the norm. 5mg dbol ,12,5 mg stane, 3mg cialis, 1000mcg b-12 , banged some primobolan .
Breakfast was a protein shake with blueberries and strawberries and 50gr vanilla pro powder. 2 Tables spoons ground flax. 250mg RYR, 1200 mg NAC.
Today is leg day. I have a workout partner today so my intention is to basically feel like i need to crawl out of the gym. Ill update this afternoon. Today is a biggie across the board!
